Amazing location. Best, most welcoming and pleasant staff ever. Very generous with every aspect of the service, and they check up on the state of the room several times a day and leave pleasant surprises.
We didn’t use it, but it’s nice that the breakfast room turns into a study where people can take meetings. They also have tea and coffee available there.
The afternoon aperitif in the lobby is also fun.
We needed a gluten free breakfast option, and they were great about it.
We took a family room (two anointed rooms) and it worked out great.
We had a shower and a bath/shower.
The shower room had a decent size, but it had a toilet and a bidet facing each other in tight space, making it hard to use the toilet.
The shower in the room was relatively small.
In the bath/shower room the room itself was great.
Showering in the bath was somewhat uncomfortable - the glass partition was small, and it was hard to bath without spritzing around.
Also, the water could have been hotter.
Bottom line - this was the only downside in an otherwise completely perfect experience.

Location can’t be beat. Staff was very courteous and professional. Our room was large and quiet. Breakfast as mentioned by other reviews was a real highlight - with a huge selection from eggs/bacon to European breakfast options. Housekeeping daily and even turn down service at night. Would return and would recommend to friends.

The best location! The duomo is a short walking distance, the area is full with designers stores best ice-cream nearby & restaurants .???
Coming from a very clean & smelling rich hotel has soon I got in I notice the hotel had a humidity smell plus cigarrete smoking smell coming to my room at night! sorry to say this but is better so you can fixed it. I can be happy in a dirty environment!

The a/c was not easy to figure out. Would be great to sleep with windows open but it is on a busy street so it’s too loud to do that.

I really did love the hotel. The location is perfect. The room is a good size and the bathroom is very up-to-date. The evening housekeeper Eva was very helpful.
The towel rack is up too high so you can’t reach the bath towels. There’s no hook on the back of the door of the bathroom so you can’t hang up wet towels. The first day I went to breakfast there were flying bugs on the table, the pastries were not fresh, and the overall breakfast was very disappointing. Take a visit to Hotel Pendini and check out their breakfast which is far superior. The wi-fi didn’t always work. There was no heat and the room was very cold.

The location was the best in the middle of all the attractions of Florance . The staff were amazing from the receptionist the young lady who help my to plane my day in Florance and Raymond who was trying to help when my flight was delayed.
The lobby area was small .
