The property was in the heart of the Florence with many sites within easy walking distance.
The room was clean and comfortable and our stay included a delicious breakfast each morning.
The customer service at this hotel was OUTSTANDING!!! Each desk representative was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to offer answers to every question asked and every service needed. Laura was a standout!! The hospitality staff was also friendly, helpful, gracious, and unobtrusive. We could not it have asked for better customer service!
Our experience in Florence was enhanced by the wonderful management and staff at this hotel and we highly recommend this facility.
