Breakfast was good with a nice selection of sweet and savory options.
Other than the room and breakfast, we found little assistance with staff in helping us order tour tickets or making restaurant reservations. Also, the lack of other amenities such as an on-site bar space was disappointing.

Location is great and the staff are very helpful. The room was very comfortable
Had some trouble with the shower water which wasn’t hot enough, it was lukewarm. Not ideal in the cold weather

Hotel was very convenient to shops and all attractions. Good breakfast choices. Room very clean.
We were upgraded to toom 414, which is right by the lift shaft. Avoid this room if you like to sleep past 5.30am.
