We loved the location a the guest rooms were very nice.
The lobby was extremely small. The check out process was not up to 4 star serve. Certainly still very good, but just not super warm and inviting.

Quiet, elegant hotel a block from the Duomo and Piazza Signoria! In the heart of Florence, but apart from all the craziness of the crowds! Arrived late, but met by friendly & helpful staff. Delicious breakfast with attentive staff. Perfect place to stay in this beautiful city!

It’s right at the center of Florence.
The hotel is old and the rooms are not comfortable. The breakfast is very basic.

I liked the central location and that you can’t hear the noise from the street. Breakfast was great.
