Wonderful
I had a wonderful stay at C-Joy Hotel for a few days. The experience was incredibly comfortable from start to finish.
A special thanks to Daniele and Francesco at the front desk. They were extremely friendly and welcoming, providing us with excellent local wine recommendations that truly enhanced our evenings.
The location is another huge plus—it is very close to the train station , making it exceptionally convenient to reach. It was also quite easy to get to all the major sights around the city.

A very pleasant surprise. We didn’t have high expectations and ended up enjoying it very much.
Daniel was extremely friendly, helpful, and kind, and he gave us great recommendations throughout our stay.
If you are traveling with a car, please note that parking costs about €30 per day (from what I remember).
We highly recommend this hotel and have already recommended it to other people.

Staff was extremely lovely. Hotel room was comfy as well and located in a great area.
Shower could have some renovation work and trash cans in the cafe area were overflowing.

The room was spacious and in a great location, right next to the train station. It made it incredibly easy and convenient to walk everywhere. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back!

The hotel is ideally located near the train station. Our room was clean and comfortable. Most of all the staff were superb. Many thanks to Ambra, Mateo and Esmeralda. Because of them our stay was over-the-top pleasant and memorable.

Very convenient to Santa Maria Novella train station. Easy walk to restaurants, San Lorenzo market. And they also serve a great breakfast!! Justin, who checked us in was very informative about where to go and how to get there. He gave us a great recommendation for dinner that was a 5 minute walk from our hotel. He also surprised us with a free room upgrade!!

My husband and I stayed at Joy Hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
The rooms were kept clean, neat, and sanitized. Decor was modern. The lounge area has a contemporary edge, with coffee and treats for guests. The location was perfect because it was close to the train station, the core of Florence, and it was easy to navigate by walking. Despite being close to the station, we didn’t experience any issues with sound.
The bus stop at the front is busy; however, front desk have a great monitoring and security system, and we didn’t have any worries about safety.
With respect to rooms, our only difficulty was the size of the bathroom. However, the photos show them exactly as they are, so customers can decide if they’re willing to accept that limitation.

Close to train station and everything was walkable, room was clean and comfortable, front desk was extremely helpful. I would stay here again and I am a travel agent.

The location was convenient but at night, there were often questionable people on the street. I didn't feel too safe walking in the area at night.

I liked everything! The location was amazing. It was very clean and the room was beautiful. The staff was amazing! I deeply appreciate one employee at the hotel and her name is Doua! So helpful and kind and she was so special. She truly provided a service with a smile! She made our stay at the hotel very memorable.
