Perfect location, nice service. The room was clean and modern. The Staffs, especially Christian and Osman were very kind and made the best service so that the start and the end of our travel remained as a good memory. My daughter was very moved by their / italian attitude. We would definitely come again.
It would have been six stars if they would have had double window system. But other than that, we enjoyed our stay much more than we expected.

This hotel looked great on the photos when booking and it was even better when I arrived. It's located just next to Santa Maria Novella station. A very warm and friendly welcome from Christian and Oustian in the reception and they explained everything very well and gave me useful information about the city without me having to ask for it which was very appreciated. Also received a welcome drink ticket to use in their bar, so lovely. The night time staff was also very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is nicely designed and you can tell there was thoughts behind how to make visitors enjoy their stay. Spacious room, comfy bed and a good bathroom even with a tub. The room had nice high ceiling and everything looked neat and clean. I will definitely stay here again when I go to Florence next time!
Everything was great and I felt very safe and welcome here, I have nothing negative to say about my visit here.

A very quality hotel right around the corner from the train station. Excellent breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely would stay again.

Conveniently located next to the train station. Customer service, Daniele, was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend people to book here as we booked this after a horrible airbnb experience.
I think the cleaning agent they use does smell too much of vinegar

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The welcome drink was appreciated! Check in was easy and facilities spotless. Christian looked after our every need. The breakfast (included) catered to all preferences and was most impressive. Great location, walkable to many sights.

We had a wonderful stay at C-Hotels Joy in Florence. The location is excellent and the hotel is very comfortable, but what truly made our visit special was the exceptional service from the staff.
A big thank you to Ousman, Francesca, and Christian for their kindness and professionalism. We are especially grateful for the room upgrade and for helping with all the arrangements during our stay. Your support and attention to detail made our time in Florence very comfortable and pleasant.

Central location, a short walk (10 minutes) from a tourist center .
Very friendly staff Christian & Ousman were super helpful
Shower is a little small and no towel warmer.
The area during the night is a little sketchy (but during the day is wonderful).
