The hotel is ideally located near the train station. Our room was clean and comfortable. Most of all the staff were superb. Many thanks to Ambra, Mateo and Esmeralda. Because of them our stay was over-the-top pleasant and memorable.

the towels. it does have a particular smell. i dont know if that is their soap, but its not what i usually experience in hotels.

Very convenient to Santa Maria Novella train station. Easy walk to restaurants, San Lorenzo market. And they also serve a great breakfast!! Justin, who checked us in was very informative about where to go and how to get there. He gave us a great recommendation for dinner that was a 5 minute walk from our hotel. He also surprised us with a free room upgrade!!

My husband and I stayed at Joy Hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
The rooms were kept clean, neat, and sanitized. Decor was modern. The lounge area has a contemporary edge, with coffee and treats for guests. The location was perfect because it was close to the train station, the core of Florence, and it was easy to navigate by walking. Despite being close to the station, we didn’t experience any issues with sound.
The bus stop at the front is busy; however, front desk have a great monitoring and security system, and we didn’t have any worries about safety.
With respect to rooms, our only difficulty was the size of the bathroom. However, the photos show them exactly as they are, so customers can decide if they’re willing to accept that limitation.

Close to train station and everything was walkable, room was clean and comfortable, front desk was extremely helpful. I would stay here again and I am a travel agent.

The facilities and room were all clean and modern
The location was convenient but at night, there were often questionable people on the street. I didn't feel too safe walking in the area at night.

I liked everything! The location was amazing. It was very clean and the room was beautiful. The staff was amazing! I deeply appreciate one employee at the hotel and her name is Doua! So helpful and kind and she was so special. She truly provided a service with a smile! She made our stay at the hotel very memorable.

Glad I upgraded my room and was able to enjoy the breakfast. All the staff were outstanding, from the Service desk, to housekeeping, and cafe service. Doua and Giada were fantastic. They went above and beyond with breakfast. Great variety for everyone to enjoy. I look forward to more future stays here. Great location too!

The staff is excellent. They go out of their way to help you. They made Couscous for me specially for breakfast. The rooms are comfortable. The shower works well. Location is excellent.
The rooms are very very small even the bathroom is tiny. Not so much value for money.
