Great location, very close to Florence station.
The hot water seems on and off during shower
Ventilation could be better as Aircon is centrally controlled and very humid, and you need to open windows for ventilation.

I only stayed one night, for work. When I travel for work I like to stay somewhere that feels like home. The room was cozy, beautiful, warm, cosy. Lots of freebies including a packet of pasta and a handwritten welcome message. Wow! Really a lot of customer care, friendly staff, very comfortable bed. I will definitely be back. PS: the bar room with the library is lovely.

This is the best place ever in Florance. I like it very much, because it sum up everything Im looking for. Location is perfect for city area attractions & closed to train stations (F.Santa Maria). Staff are very very friendly & support at all times. They call every night to check on everything is well & provided welcoming chocolate on the first night & farewell pasta for the last night (which is very sweet).
Breakfast has a lot of variety which suits everyone. Moreover, its delicious & tasty food. Dinning staff are very friendly welcoming everyone everyday with big smiles & offer special coffee & fresh juice.
Rooms are very clean & have good clean furniture.
Overall my stay was fantastic & beautiful I rate this hotel 1000/10 for the price, location, Rooms cleanliness & staff friendliness.
Thank you very much for giving me a good stay & comfortable.

Breakfast was adequate. Cheese and buffet hot varieties can be a little more.
It would be nice to have chromecast feature on TVs. The hotel is also a bit far from the historical city centre.

Everything was ok, the location was perfect, so if you go by car, you can park your car in one of the nearby parking lots and you can see all the attractions on foot. The room was very clean, the breakfast was good and the girl that serve there was always ready to help us with
the things that were missing in the buffet,the staff was very welcoming.
