Wonderful
Only 10 minutes away from town center. Excellent breakfast. Well organized and comfortable room/bathroom. Our receptionist Christian was very friendly and helpful.
We've slept in more comfortable beds.

1. Breakfast was exceptional and the staff (Giada), also they went out of their way by adjusting the normal breakfast times to accommodate for the marathon runners.
2. The receptionists were really helpful (Ousmane and Christian)

The Front Desk staff, Christian and Matteo, were very helpful. They gave suggestions on the options for our stay, arranged transport, gave tips and made the stay a most enjoyable one. The breakfast was also good value for money, and the staff there very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is a bit dated, but warm and comfortable nonetheless

There was a problem with bed linen. I didn’t like its freshness, but Daniele’s manager quickly fixed everything.

Size of the room and location
Staff trying to upgrade to a “larger room” for an extra 30euro per night. We chose not to and the room was the largest we’ve had in Europe.

The hotel is ideally located near the train station. Our room was clean and comfortable. Most of all the staff were superb. Many thanks to Ambra, Mateo and Esmeralda. Because of them our stay was over-the-top pleasant and memorable.

i really liked the people of this hotel, all are friendly and attentive. location was also superb.
the towels. it does have a particular smell. i dont know if that is their soap, but its not what i usually experience in hotels.
