Matteo at the front desk was amazing during check in! Even though we got to the hotel at 12:00am, he was very attentive and took the time “show us around the city” on a map. The rest of the team was also very helpful throughout our stay, they helped us book a tour to Cinque Terre!

Not central but still very conveniently located near the station. The room was clean and comfortable and somehow we were upgraded to a larger room than we booked at no additional cost. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful in pointing out the city’s landmarks etc and we enjoyed the free welcome drinks at the sister hotel’s bar.

The front desk people were amazing!!!!! Daniele and Christian were very pleasant and helpful. The ladies at breakfast were very sweet and kind. GOLI (front desk) made our stay the best! She was very upbeat, sweet, understanding, fun, and a joy to spend time with. Can’t say enough about her. ❤️

Room was ok, exactly what we booked. Location is great, near the center. Parking close to the hotel, 30 Euro/day. All personnel was very nice and helpful.
The room price is a bit higher for what you get, but for three nights staying, it was ok for us.

Close to train station, breakfast & amazing cappuccino’s. Staff was very accommodating especially Ousman, let us keep luggage in safe area while we attended mass @ check out & when we arrived early so we could explore Florence.
