Can't beat the location - directly across from the Santa Maria Novella train station (but was not noisy or unsafe). I was able to avoid dragging my roller carry-on across Firenze's cobblestone streets as I saw so many other travelers doing. I even popped into the train station to get a post-dinner gelato one night, very convenient. Everything in Firenze was walkable distance for me (female, mid-40s) so I really appreciated my convenient home base. As for the hotel itself, the staff were extraordinarily friendly and my room was comfortable. The breakfast downstairs was super convenient and very tasty with good coffee and continental offerings. I would 100% book this hotel again on a future stay, especially when traveling by myself as I was this time.

Wonderful
Excellent location in the heart of Florence, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The hotel was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The room was well-maintained and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, a wonderful experience.

We loved everything in the hotel.
Great location, amazing room and the best staff.
Ermelinda in particular was extremely nice, assisting us with our dog, our room and our luggage after checking out. While doing everything with a smile.
So definitely recommend and worth the price.

Very close to main station, safe, 24 hours front desk staff, clean the room everyday. Female staff is nice, friendly and helpful. Male staff is a little bit cool.

Room had a balcony overlooking Florence and the train station. Proximity to the station was excellent particularly for a short stay. Staff were very helpful.
There were some local gathering places nearby which made us divert our route to avoid them.
