Great breakfast, good service, very good location. Pretty much walkable to all the major Florence attractions, right beside the station so we even took a day trip to Venice. Lovely lobby to chill in with a nice bar that comes with a free welcome drink.
Not enough bathroom amenities. There were no conditioner, no dedicated shampoo/body wash. The lotion was already half used. Florence was very dry so it didn't help with the lack of conditioner, hair became very frizzy. Would have preferred liquid hand soap instead of bar soap.

Easy to locate from the train station, extremely convenient walking distance to all attractions and super friendly staff! Breakfast buffet was superb and 1 staff member in particular (lady with blonde hair) was incredible, thank you! Highly recommend!

Location was great, the hotel is very good for its location and value for money. Everyone was great including our waitress during breakfast Gulia.
The room temperature couldn't be set appropriately due to air-conditioning not working during that time of the year. But there were some warmer days that made the room feel hot.

Although the location isn't the prettiest, right next to the train station, it is very convenient if arriving by train. It is just a 3 minute stroll to the centre, cathedral etc, so is a great location. The service provided from the staff at the hotel goes beyond expectation. Little touches like notes in your room, a welcome drink and even some pasta to take home, make this hotel a really great place to stay. This hotel is exceptional value for money. I would definitely stay again.
The air-conditioning in the room was difficult to work out (that said we didn't ask the staff for help) As we visited in March we could open the windows during the day. We could not have the windows open at night due to the street noise and trams early morning. This did not detract from the otherwise great stay.
