The room was super neat and cozy, just a 3-minute walk from the train station yet very quiet. The reception staff, Ermelinda, welcomed us warmly and patiently answered all our questions. Love her : ))

Very friendly and accomodating staff. Rooms good size and well appointed. Welcome drinks and nibbles in the bar for the family was very nice, and breakfast was comprehensive. Location across the road from the termini was perfect for us as we were arriving and departing by train. the location was easy walk to everywhere in Florence.

Staff - from the moment we arrived, at breakfast and at departure, they were all very professional and made us feel very welcomed. Emmalinda gave us tips on where to visit and how to move around, esp to Pisa and Siena, At breakfasts, Giulia and Vanessa were very kind and assisted us in many ways, Vanessa even gifted us homemade cookies, which were absolutely delicious! We even had welcome drinks, which we did not utilize due to timing. Oh, to top it, we had a handwritten note! No one does that anymore and somehow, it made the stay special!
The temperature in the room but was solved by opening the window to let in the winter cool. Other than, that, all's good.
