The amazing bed and the central location of the hotel. The thoughtfullness of the staff and the little hand writen notes was a possitive and made us feel at home.
The main room light was a bit too dim, if it is a bit brighter would be great.

Very modern, has been recently updated. The rooms were spacious for a couple and nice clean bathroom. Bed was large and the bedside tables had sockets in them - not normal for an Italian hotel we soon found out! We were left lovely little gifts like chocolate and a hand written note on our arrival, and pasta on our final day.
Iron and ironing board were old, only one in the hotel to borrow so Id expect it to be better quality. Our room looked into the main road which meant at night time the room shook with the metro passing by. We always bring earplugs and a white noise machine and were fine but bear that in mind. The location being near the station is a short walk from most places but there are groups that hang around the station late at night - we didnt feel unsafe but they werent the friendliest - not the hotels fault of course

Right across from the train station easy access but a bit noisy from the street. Otherwise staff were very friendly and was very accommodating. Room was clean and very roomy.
Street noise was the only downside but I appreciated being across from the train station
