It was close to the maid attractions and the train station. It was clean and very stylish. The staff was amazing.
I want to say Thank you to everyone who was at the reception for helping us. Professional, respectful and very welcoming.
We had a friend fall in the hotel and they were amazing with everything. They helped with the ambulance. They were translating things for us and guiding us. The staff was Very accommodating and friendly. I would definitely stay here again and I will recommend it

First, the hotel has an amazing location. It is in front of Firenze main station, so it is very reachable and easy to get in. It is also located just 300 meters from the center of the city and main attractions. Second, the attention from staff is exceptional, they provide all the information you need for a pleasant stay and keep you happy. Third, the bed and shower are very confortable, just what you need after hours of walking. Extra bonus for having a small refrigerator where you can keep all the delicatessens bought in the market.

Nice and beautiful hotel. We told the staff that we were celebrating my daughter’s birthday and they left flowers and a lovely note in our room - we appreciated that a lot!
As a family with kids we didn’t love the more provocative pictures on the wall in the room and the loud rap music in the lobby. The location was both good and bad - good because it is right across from the train station but bad because the area didn’t feel completely safe at night

The best hotel we stayed in our euro trip. The staff was friendly and accommodating. What we liked about this hotel was its location; its near to main train station and main city attractions which was very convenient.

easy access to the airport and the city
1. the bedsheets and towels all have the same bad odor (metal-like, sweat-like). there were no wrinkles or dirty spots so i think they were clean but the odor definitely need to improve. 2. the bathroom was clean but the room floor where its dark, had long hair everywhere, 3. i stayed for 2 nights and when i asked for a complimentary water on the second day stay, the staff said the guests get 1 bottle per stay. it's not logical because i would have gotten another bottle if i booked 2 nights separately. Let's not be stingy on small things like this.
