Staff - from the moment we arrived, at breakfast and at departure, they were all very professional and made us feel very welcomed. Emmalinda gave us tips on where to visit and how to move around, esp to Pisa and Siena, At breakfasts, Giulia and Vanessa were very kind and assisted us in many ways, Vanessa even gifted us homemade cookies, which were absolutely delicious! We even had welcome drinks, which we did not utilize due to timing. Oh, to top it, we had a handwritten note! No one does that anymore and somehow, it made the stay special!
The temperature in the room but was solved by opening the window to let in the winter cool. Other than, that, all's good.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly. The girl who did the check in for us was very nice and did a free upgrade for our room. The hotel is clean and right across the train station which made our travel very easy. The check out was very quick and gave us a treat “pasta”. I highly recommend it if you visit Florence

The hotel was near the train station and near old town. So very good location. Nice staff. Comfortable clean room. Had welcome water, snacks,electric kettle. Got pasta for a present when leaving. Amazing breakfast.

The breakfast was excellent, with a lovely selection and delicious coffee. The room was elegant and comfortable. The hospitality was wonderful; we were greeted warmly and offered a welcome drink with snacks at the bar.

Location is well and the service from the staff here are all good. Next time come to Firenze, it’ll be the first priority to stay.

My stay was absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect and within walking distance to everything. The hotel staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help. Luca was especially amazing he assisted me a lot and took the time to explain many things about the city. This hotel has truly become my favorite place to stay.

The hotel location was perfect, our room was cleaned every day, the breakfast was delicious and the wifi strong even outside the builiding! All the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home, they were friendly, thoughful, polite always attentive with a smile. We are thankful for their extra effort. Totally would come back!
