The room was clean with water, coffee, tea etc. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We were in Florence for the marathon and were returning the same night. When picking up our rucksacks, we were even offered the use of a shower despite already having checked out. We will certainly return!

My stay was absolutely wonderful. The welcome was warm, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a personalized card upon arrival, and even a farewell note at the end. The staff was incredibly friendly, the hotel was spotless and perfectly located. A huge thank you to Roshan, Oshini, and Cleber for the delicious breakfasts and the coffees with beautiful designs. It was such a lovely touch every morning. Thanks to everyone, and I hope to return soon!

Kind, welcoming & helpful staff, delicious breakfast, hygienic room, stylish lobby, etc.
The room did feel a tad bit warm at night (12〜2am) but didn't bother us that much.
