Location and Reception! We walked out of the train station- arriving an hour late at night- looked right and saw the hotel. As we approached the hotel the receptionist was standing outside hailing us and welcoming us to the hotel.

Staff were super friendly, and the location was perfect. Coming from US breakfast was very diverse in compared to what you find in US hotels.
I had a great interaction with Katie. She was super friendly and accommodating.
Rooms were renovated. We appreciated the water downstairs.
Hallways needs some renovation, in my opinion.

I liked the location about the property. Although the hotel was a little outdated, the rooms were comfortable. There were three of us traveling, and we got a room with a double bed plus a single bed. The room was large enough and had two bathrooms and one bath. It was convenient for our trip. The staff were great and very accommodating. The property is located within a short 3 to 5 minute walk from the train station.
I did not care for the shower, but we were only there for two days so we made the most of it. The shower was made a little odd. After a shower, I would find the floors wet because the door cover was not big enough to prevent water from seeping out.

Excellent location, close walking distance to everything including the train station. The front desk staff was very helpful, also nice breakfast in the morning. The room was clean and quiet, we would stay there again if we return to Florence.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Great location, super close to the train station and major attractions. The room was comfortable and clean, not noisy at all. Breakfast was also amazing. We would definitely stay there again!

The staff were very kind and helpful, and the location was very conveniently located to the center of town. Roshan was very helpful in the mornings during breakfast.
The hotel was a bit noisy. you could hear people talking in the hallways very clearly.

Breakfast was great and staff were very kind! Cute and easy hotel
The set up in the bathroom wasn’t the best. Because of how the shower doors barely came together in the center, water went everywhere on the floor each time you showered. We laid out all the towels on the floor to soak up the water. The shower door and the bathroom door also didn’t have much room to open so it would hit the sink or the bidet.

Location is great. It looks way more elegant inside than out. The staff are exceptional, from reception, bar, waiting staff and even house keeping are super sweet. Shout out to the wonderful Giarda (hope I’ve remembered that right) The drinks vouchers and happy hour buffet was a treat! It was a truly excellent stay. Thanks so much!
