Kind, welcoming & helpful staff, delicious breakfast, hygienic room, stylish lobby, etc.
The room did feel a tad bit warm at night (12〜2am) but didn't bother us that much.

Everything about it! Close to Florence Central Station. Can’t beat the proximity in location if you are riding the train. They also gave some gifts like pasta, water bottles and complimentary drink on the first day! Love how they do their hospitality and the staffs are amazing!

The location is across the street from the train station and looked a bit run down, people loitering etc, but the property itself was very clean and beautiful inside. Staff was welcoming and informative. Room was large with comfortable bed. Quiet despite being in a busy area. Breakfast was excellent with wife selection of fresh pastries, fruits, juices, hot foods as well. Coffee, espresso, etc made to order. Would definitely stay again

Short 3-minute walk to the train station which was super convenient and also walking distance to pretty much all the main attractions we wanted to see. Hotel was very clean overall and the breakfast was amazing! Staff was also very attentive and friendly.

Our room was very nice, the bathroom was spacious and we loved opening the big window. The cafe and bar area was really nice as well, and we appreciated the welcome drink. The location was perfect for a quick stay in Florence - very close to the train!
The tv connectivity wasn’t very good - it kept glitching.

I loved this hotel. I loved how close it is to the train station. We had an early train and it being so close made it really easy. Receptionists were really nice. It’s a few minutes walk to the center where the tourist attractions are but I think I would prefer that (It’s probably 12-15min walk). I would definitely book this hotel again on our next visit to Florence!
