We had a fantastic stay. The hotel is in a good location, just a short drop off from the tram which brings you from the airport and within walking distance to key attractions. It was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was in a stylish room and the barista Roshan was an excellent, warm and friendly host and made us feel very welcome, as well as making delicious coffees. The bed was also extremely comfortable and we slept very well after long days walking the city - I would love to know where the mattress was from!
Nothing - I am glad we chose to stay here. The staff were all so welcoming, and housekeeping do an impeccable job of keeping things looking good and clean.

Location to the train station is great. As well as the breakfast.
There was a club across the street that was open til about 0400, so I could hear the street noise most of the night.

Proximity to the train station is unmatched, although a bit further out the city center
The staff are absolutely amazing, giving you a welcoming atmosphere from the moment of check in to the moment of check out
The rooms are pretty small, but it is perfectly normal in Firenze.
