A lovely hotel right in the heart of Florence with friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was plentiful and a nice mix of cooked and cold options. Room and bathroom were a good size, bed was large and comfortable and a good temperature. 0

Good
Great location, breakfast with a good selection. Bed is big and comfortable.
Room is quite spacious. However the layout design is very very poor. There is not enough storage. There is NO wardrobe, only an open shelf with which you can only hang 3-4 clothing. Maybe okay for a one-night stay but not okay for longer stay (we stayed here for 6 nights, kind of regret).
The bathroom is quite big but again the layout design is very poor, a lot of space is wasted.

Wonderful
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the train station. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and professional.
We paid an extra €60 for two nights to upgrade to a larger room, and it was definitely worth it! The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a very large, comfortable bed.
The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of food. Everything was well organized, and the overall quality of the hotel was excellent.
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!
The only downside of our stay was the noise. Our room faced a busy street, and it was extremely noisy, making it very difficult to sleep. There was heavy traffic even during the night.
To make matters worse, the garbage bins were located directly below our windows, and the garbage truck arrived around 6 a.m. to collect the trash, creating an incredible amount of noise and disturbing our sleep.
My strong recommendation: If you book this hotel, make sure to request a quiet room facing the inner courtyard rather than the street. Otherwise, the noise can seriously affect your comfort and sleep quality.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everyone was very welcoming and attentive, both at the front desk and during breakfast. The staff were always friendly and willing to help, which made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay.
What really stood out to us were the thoughtful little touches, especially the complimentary water available for guests. And the pasta gift at the end of our stay was such a lovely surprise and a memorable way to say goodbye.
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so pleasant. We would definitely recommend the hotel and would be happy to stay here again!
Breakfast could have more fruit option

Wonderful
Staff was excellent, the room was clean, and the hotel is located adjacent to the train station. Note that you need to put your key card in the slot just inside the room door to keep the lights and power on in the room.
There was no complimentary breakfast although there are many cafes near the hotel.
