Great friendly staff. Clean room, comfortable pillows. Amazing water pressure in the shower. Good location, within walking distance to all sites. Easy to get to from the airport on the tram.

Super well located, main sites accesible by foot, and public transportation 5 min away. Breakfast was nice, although I could use some eggs. Rooms are modern, confortable and clean. Take into account you have to go up 3/4 floors to get to the hotel. In general it was a lovely stay and would absolutely recommend.
Eggs for breakfast would be my only "complain".

The single room was decent, clean and relatively well kept. The location is excellent. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. The main downside to the hotel was that it did not offer a buffet breakfast - the breakfast was the same assortment of sandwiches and sweets every day which is problematic if you follow a low carb diet, even more so if you are gluten sensitive. There were no veggies, no eggs and everything (even yoghurt) contained sugar.

What a great place! Very clean and up-to-date. The location was EXCELLENT. We were just down the street from the new terminus of the T2 tram (San Marco) which meant that we could take the tram anywhere including the airport (no anxiety waiting for a taxi; cost us €1.70 per person). San Marco has a university so there was cheap, easily available student food everywhere. We were within easy walking distance to everything! Rocco and his staff were wonderful: very knowledgeable. They were especially patient with us when we wanted to print out our flight check-in confirmations. I found the bed very comfortable and the room had everything we needed including a small fridge. And THE BREAKFAST. If you're concerned about getting enough breakfast in Italy (in our experience, most places in Italy only offer you a pastry and some form of caffeine) then is the place - the breakfast was delicious, varied (veggie and non), and hearty enough that we didn't need lunch.
Our room happened to be facing the street and there was recurring noise as the students made their way to/from San Marco University at all hours. Closing the window mostly fixed this. The hotel is up ~52 stairs and no elevator; perfectly fine if you're able-bodied (we had no trouble) but be warned.

It was dusty on signs and ridges around the room. Oversight. Food at breakfast was the same everyday.

Very nice interior, great location (15 minutes walk to the city center, shops and restaurants nearby), very helpful and nice staff, great breakfasts
It was quite loud, you could hear everything from the corridor and from other rooms (even running in another room hairdryer was very loud).

The best breakfast
Access with a car is horrible (lots of reconstructions, even Google is confused. Also nearby parking garage requires to leave keys there, which was not allowed for us. But public garage is also close and very cheap.
No elevator.

The property was perfectly located, very central. We could walk everywhere we needed to go. It took only 15 minutes to walk to the main train station, just 10 minutes down the road to the centre of the city. It was located on a relatively quiet street. We felt safe there as two young female travellers.
The staff were all so kind! They happily held our bags on the day of check out for a few hours, and were so helpful. The lady who serves breakfast is so lovely.
Breakfast itself was good- coffee/tea, granola, fruit, yoghurt, breads and pastries…
Our bedroom was very clean, and cleaned daily during our stay. The hotel itself was well decorated, and we loved our stay there.
It is located at the top of lots of stairs. We were lucky that upon check in, someone helped us with our bags up all the stairs!!
But the stairs alone are not a reason to avoid a stay.

Safe and clean hotel with friendly, attentive staff. Complimentary breakfast was perfect - assorted pasties, bread, deli meat and cheeses, coffee and espresso were super good! Quick service too!
