Very Good
Very good location, super near San Marco, and super nice host, and excellent breakfast! Not a big hotel, but everything was designed delicately.

Very comfortable bed, good simple breakfast, very clean room and all the staff was great
The only thing we didn't like was the stairs to the 2nd/3rd floor

The staff was great! When we came, the man in the front desk helped us to carry our luggage. Also the lady who taking care of the breakfast was so kind. The cleaning lady was also nice and did good job.
The fact that the room doesn't have a safe and the mattress was 2 small mattresses. But other than that was great.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The shower pressure was amazing! It felt so great every evening to finish off the day with a wonderful shower.

Great location in quiet area within easy walk of centre and to trams. Very accessible location. Very friendly staff and really clean room services daily.
Quite small spaces. No view from rear of hotel.

Everything but the stairs. I don’t know if I missed something but I feel the comment regarding upper floors requiring stairs was misleading.
It’s hard to make a negative comment because everything about it was great, except the stairs. The hotel is actually on the 3d floor with 7 or 8 stairways. Fortunately the manager helped me with my bag. For that I was very grateful.

Very Good
Stuff is very attentive and sweet. Rooms are very clean, the atmosphere is great.
There is no lift and that is a real discomfort and there were mosquitos and I was all bitten

Disappointing
Nice location and interior, good breakfast and coffee.
The walls are very thin, and you can hear everything. When somebody checked in at 5 a.m., it was impossible to sleep even with earplugs because the walls and floor were vibrating, and I could feel all the movements from the neighboring room.
The bathroom is really tiny, it’s hard even to stand there, although the shower cabin itself is fine.

Excellent location, just a short walk from the city centre, and with tram line outside connecting to station, etc
All rooms up 3 flights of stairs with no lift! Not a hotel, but a nice B&B. Breakfast was OK, but no better. Don't sleep with window open - got bitten by loads of mosquitoes!
