The property was charming, wonderfully located, and the hosts were hospitable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and in the midst of unbearable heat, the air conditioning was welcome! The care and attention with recent renovations showed. It was the perfect place to land in Florence, and I would absolutely stay there again.

Great and safe location. Beautiful rooms and amazing staff. We were greeted kindly and shown our room upon arrival. It was extremely spacious and modern. Breakfast was phenomenal and the lady who prepared it was so kind. Much thought and care went into this property.
It is on the third floor, so travel light. We were warned ahead of time, so it was not an issue. No complaints whatsoever.

Location and staff. Both are great. They even helped with restaurant reservations.
Stairs - it is on second third floor which feels like 5th floor. It is a serious climb with suitcases and if you are tired from walking all day and want to get back and rest.

Cute boutique hotel! The staff was the best! We had an issue with our a/c and the staff fixed it immediately while we were out exploring Florence. Front desk recommended a restaurant for dinner and it was spot on for what we needed. Comfy place to do work and have breakfast which was very good! Great scrambled eggs!
No elevator, but the staff helped with luggage. You can definitely skip the gym that day. Ha!

Very good location, super near San Marco, and super nice host, and excellent breakfast! Not a big hotel, but everything was designed delicately.

The staff was great! When we came, the man in the front desk helped us to carry our luggage. Also the lady who taking care of the breakfast was so kind. The cleaning lady was also nice and did good job.
The fact that the room doesn't have a safe and the mattress was 2 small mattresses. But other than that was great.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The shower pressure was amazing! It felt so great every evening to finish off the day with a wonderful shower.
There wasn’t any counter space in bathroom.

Everything but the stairs. I don’t know if I missed something but I feel the comment regarding upper floors requiring stairs was misleading.
It’s hard to make a negative comment because everything about it was great, except the stairs. The hotel is actually on the 3d floor with 7 or 8 stairways. Fortunately the manager helped me with my bag. For that I was very grateful.

Providing nice breakfast, quiet street, nice restaurants and bars close. A short walk further is the DOM with all the shops and activity. Spacious modern, quiet and clean rooms. There are some steps to climb but we didn't mind that.

Breakfast was outstanding, everything was clean, food was fresh with a great selection and staff were extremely attentive at breakfast.

Location
Stairs, but that was nice that they helped us to carry our luggage.
Just an improvement idea, that would be nice to have a light on the stairs. It is dark if you arrive after sunset and need your mobile phone’s flash light to climb up stairs.
