The staff was great! When we came, the man in the front desk helped us to carry our luggage. Also the lady who taking care of the breakfast was so kind. The cleaning lady was also nice and did good job.
The fact that the room doesn't have a safe and the mattress was 2 small mattresses. But other than that was great.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The shower pressure was amazing! It felt so great every evening to finish off the day with a wonderful shower.
There wasn’t any counter space in bathroom.

Everything but the stairs. I don’t know if I missed something but I feel the comment regarding upper floors requiring stairs was misleading.
It’s hard to make a negative comment because everything about it was great, except the stairs. The hotel is actually on the 3d floor with 7 or 8 stairways. Fortunately the manager helped me with my bag. For that I was very grateful.

Providing nice breakfast, quiet street, nice restaurants and bars close. A short walk further is the DOM with all the shops and activity. Spacious modern, quiet and clean rooms. There are some steps to climb but we didn't mind that.

Breakfast was outstanding, everything was clean, food was fresh with a great selection and staff were extremely attentive at breakfast.

Location
Stairs, but that was nice that they helped us to carry our luggage.
Just an improvement idea, that would be nice to have a light on the stairs. It is dark if you arrive after sunset and need your mobile phone’s flash light to climb up stairs.

Super well located, main sites accesible by foot, and public transportation 5 min away. Breakfast was nice, although I could use some eggs. Rooms are modern, confortable and clean. Take into account you have to go up 3/4 floors to get to the hotel. In general it was a lovely stay and would absolutely recommend.
Eggs for breakfast would be my only "complain".

Nice room and bathroom. It is refurbished.
A lot of stairs to reach the hotel. We are a young couple but for old or disabled people could be a problem.

The single room was decent, clean and relatively well kept. The location is excellent. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. The main downside to the hotel was that it did not offer a buffet breakfast - the breakfast was the same assortment of sandwiches and sweets every day which is problematic if you follow a low carb diet, even more so if you are gluten sensitive. There were no veggies, no eggs and everything (even yoghurt) contained sugar.
