Can be noisy with little sound barriers between the other rooms and corridor.

The property was charming, wonderfully located, and the hosts were hospitable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and in the midst of unbearable heat, the air conditioning was welcome! The care and attention with recent renovations showed. It was the perfect place to land in Florence, and I would absolutely stay there again.

The property was charming, wonderfully located, and the hosts were hospitable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and in the midst of unbearable heat, the air conditioning was welcome! Great and safe location. Beautiful rooms and amazing staff. We were greeted kindly and shown our room upon arrival. It was extremely spacious and modern. Breakfast was phenomenal and the lady who prepared it was so kind. Much thought and care went into this property.
It is on the third floor, so travel light. We were warned ahead of time, so it was not an issue. No complaints whatsoever.

Location and staff. Both are great. They even helped with restaurant reservations.
Stairs - it is on second third floor which feels like 5th floor. It is a serious climb with suitcases and if you are tired from walking all day and want to get back and rest.

Cute boutique hotel! The staff was the best! We had an issue with our a/c and the staff fixed it immediately while we were out exploring Florence. Front desk recommended a restaurant for dinner and it was spot on for what we needed. Comfy place to do work and have breakfast which was very good! Great scrambled eggs!
No elevator, but the staff helped with luggage. You can definitely skip the gym that day. Ha!
