Lovely elegant feel and beautiful bathroom. Walkable location with great facilities nearby. Outstanding customer service from Mahsin who was helpful and responsive to an unforeseen incident.
The noise from the air con unit on the balcony of room 4 was a little loud when it kicked in for all the rooms surrounding.

Hotel was very clean and quiet. Room was very comfortable. Near the tram station. Lots of shopping, restaurants and bars within walking distance. The Duomo, Medici Chapel, and GALLERIA DELL'ACCADEMIA with the statue of David.
Staff was very helpful with checking in, and in helping us get around.

The hotel was super well located and stylish. The room was quiet and the bed, pillows, and sheets were comfy and clean. The airconditioning was perfect for the hot wheather.
Not having an elevator was slightly inconvenient, but nothing serious. The breakfast didn't have many options, but everything was fresh and tasty.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Although it is a simple hotel, it is exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. The beds were excellent, and we had a great night’s sleep every night.
The breakfast was good, with a nice selection to start the day. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, making us feel very welcome.
The location is another great advantage. It is within walking distance of most of the city’s main attractions, yet situated in a quiet area, allowing us to relax and rest peacefully.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
