Our host was very friendly. The room was very clean, well decorated and comfortable. Wifi was good and the tv had many different channels. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Very close to bus stops that can take you around comfortably, and it was 10 minites walk from the Duomo.
Breakfast can be improved and the lady responsible for the breakfast was not very helpful since she does not speak English.

We were able to walk absolutely everywhere in Florence, while staying in a quiet and clean apartment. The staff were so kind, and the breakfast was wonderful (highly recommend the cappuccino!!).
There are a lot of stairs, BUT again the staff is very accommodating and helped us both ways.

There is no elevator, but Rocco and Ari were very happy to help us all the way. Once upstairs, you enjoy every moment there

The hotel was lovely although I didnt realise until we arrived that it didnt have a lift. Breakfast was great but could be a bit slow during the busy period
The stairs and the slow service at breakfast but they were not major issues. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful, large, comfortable room, albeit could have benefited from providing facilities to make coffee and tea in the room.
The accommodation has a lot of stairs to get to the hotel level. It's not a problem personally, but the more elderly may struggle. The staff did assist with luggage if required which was very helpful

It was on the 2nd floor, no elevaror, no 24 hour reception, It was too expensive (600 euro for 2 nights)
