Great location, clean room and safe area with everything equipped. Erica was very helpful during check in.
I think the check out time at 10:00 am is too early but Kevin allowed an extension of about 30 minutes.

Location was good. Close to everything but in a quiet area.
Couch was dirty ( wouldn't sit on it ), mold in the shower, outside table was dirty, just didn't feel clean.

Very nice small apartment in a close walking distance to the historical centre, restaurants and bars. The apartment was in a small closed complex with really nice gardens, which was another nice surprise. The apartment had several big plus points: the parking, the Nespresso coffee machine, the big fridge and the patio ( although we couldn't enjoy it because of the summer heat :) ) The building also had washing machines ( in a shared space ).

The localisation is perfect, its quiet though in the center
Please be aware of the fact that check in is strictly till 19, if you arrive 19:01 you will be asked to pay 50 euro extra. Your late plane or train does not mean anything. Additionally if you kindly ask to arrive 30 minutes after 19 you may hear words shut up. Screaming, extremely rude host( not Alex). The place is not too clean. Dust in the room and moud in the bathroom. Definately needs restoration. On the end it is only one room , photos may deceive you. There is no separate sleeping room.
Everything could be however acceptable, but we have never been treated so rudely by a host, though we are hosts as well.
At the end if you pay at your arrival check the price given by Booking.com before you pay, otherwise you may be suprised fortunately we were carefoul cause the price they wanted to charge was much higher though the price on Booking.com included all taxes and payments.

The location was great, also the place had a equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, a balcony. It was quiet, modern style design, toiletries and blowdrier included.
There is no fan in the bathroom, too few towels for 4 guests, apartment not exactly as the photos posted. Also 1 bathroom for 4 guests, no coffee machine, only one key for 4 guests which was inconvenient.

Vwey nice studio with a small garden, clean, all needed amenities, in the heart of Florence. Luciano was very friendly and helpful with the key handover, despite the stressfull day he gave us many good informations and tips. Parking on the location is also great and not expensive (outside ZTL, Luciano send us a map how to avoid ZTL).
