And tram station.
Appartment is near and clean .
City center is just 10 mins walk from appartment.

The apartment was in a perfect location, very safe, clean and well equipped. Very nice patio area to relax with a morning coffee.
We arrived with a full dishwasher of dirty dishes, so we started the dishwasher. No big deal. The bed is a double bed, and seeing as my husband is 6’1", it was a problem for us. Thankfully there was a pull out couch with a queen mattress, although there were no sheets for it. We took the sheets from the double bed which did not fit very well. During our two day stay, our air conditioner stopped on day one. We notified Daniela but she was never able to provide a solution after several requests.

I think the check out time at 10:00 am is too early but Kevin allowed an extension of about 30 minutes.

Location was good. Close to everything but in a quiet area.
Couch was dirty ( wouldn't sit on it ), mold in the shower, outside table was dirty, just didn't feel clean.

Very nice small apartment in a close walking distance to the historical centre, restaurants and bars.
The apartment was in a small closed complex with really nice gardens, which was another nice surprise.
The apartment had several big plus points: the parking, the Nespresso coffee machine, the big fridge and the patio ( although we couldn't enjoy it because of the summer heat :) )
The building also had washing machines ( in a shared space ).
