Location was excellent and room was comfortable, however I did expect better for a 4 star hotel and the price
Room was quite basic design, and looked a bit shabby. Some breakfast items were not fresh

The location of the hotel was fantastic, close to almost everything you would want to see. The breakfast was very good, the staff were excellent and very helpful.
We booked a superior room instead of a classic. The room was small. The hotel moved us to a Deluxe room, although it was bigger than the first room it was still not large, in fact the bathroom was smaller. Other customers told us they struggled to get hot water, however we did managed to sort this out in our room. There was a lovely little bar but at no stage during our stay was it ever opened, therefore you could not get a drink at the end of a long day seeing the sights which was a pity as the seating areas around the bar looked very good. I would not class this hotel as a 4 star. Not sure if I would stay again or not, a short break maybe.

Quirky hotel in an excellent location and a large spacious room with tea and coffee making facilities, air conditioning and a fridge. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of toiletries provided. Our room was very quiet despite being very central. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a small gym area for those who want a work out while on holiday.
