The property is in a fantastic location! Made for visiting all of the main sites of Florence much much easier
The iron - the only outlet was situated in the bathroom and made for ironing clothes difficult.

This hotel is perfectly located. It was close to many attractions such as the Duomo, Ponte Vecchio... The staff is also really helpful.
Only down is the fact that the towels are changed are only changed once every 3 days so if you use them, make sure to dry them and not leave them on the floor.

Location - perfect for sightseeing, very central. Large room with windows, air conditioning working very well, useful small fridge ,comfortable shower in private bathroom.
Wasn't that easy to spot the sign, as there are other companies in the same building.

Large room, comfortable beds,. Clean and well-stocked. Room was serviced daily, plenty of towels (decent size and thickness as well). Free coffee from a machine in the reception was nice. Air con went on the fritz one night but was promptly fixed the next day. Handy to have a shop across the road, and easily walkable (5 mins) to the Duomo etc. We were given a discount card for a local restaurant, which we used on our first night, and had a great meal. Also had breakfast coupons for free croissants at a local cafe, but we didn't use them as we are not breakfast people.
Very loud banging noises every night at 3am, no idea who or what it was. The staff were very good and spoke to the hotel above us, but there is not much more they could do. The people above us moved out during our stay, but the banging remained, so it must travel through the walls from another area. Not the hotel's fault at all, but if you are light sleeper, it will affect you. They did give us an unprompted small discount for the inconvenience, which was appreciated.
