Very close to old town. And there is pastichheria which is very close to hotel and Full of residents of neighborhoods. So clean, comfy. Lorenzo was also really helpful and kind. Everything was perfect. NeXT time, i will stay here also!

Location was good. Room was spacious
Facilities mentioned in the description were not quite accurate. Had no hot water for out entire 4 nights of stay.
Also room had a strange smell especially from the carpet and the linen

The room is really spacious. It got its own bathroom, a large closet, a little dinning table, a small bedroom couch. The bathroom is also spacious and clean. Very fair price and quiet neighbourhood
The location is not in walking distance to main attraction. We need to take the tram to go out and back

We got the large double bedroom. It was massive! Very good location too. The tram which is the main transpo in Florence is 4 minutes walk and only 5 stops away from the City Centre. Highly recommended!

Lorenzo was very friendly and provided us with great recommendations of local restaurants! The room was nice and clean.
Our “private” bathroom was down the hall from our room (past the other guests’ room), which was very incovenient for us. I would also point out that, although this place is referred to as a “B&B,” breakfast is not included.

Lorenzo was a kind and friendly host. Recommended zquite some places to visit and transportation options. The appartment is spacious, includes air-conditioning, mini fridge and tea kettle.
The place is near a tram station and it takes around 20mins by foot to get to the city center or quicker when taking the tram.
I can recommend as it is great value for the money

Everything was great and definitely exceeded our expectations. The room and the bathroom were clean, the air conditioner worked really well and the bed was very comfortable. You can go to the centre of Firenze by tram in 15 minutes. Lorenzo was a very friendly and helpful landlord. He gave us a map and pointed out places worth visiting in Firenze. Greetings!

The room was great, bathroom was amazing and air conditioning was awesome. The host was really welcoming and helpful, and the location is close to the trams which made getting around easy.
