The location is great, and easy walking distance to most everything.
I thought from looking at photos of the terrace area there was a view. Sadly, there was not. Additionally, one of the lifts was not working properly for two of my four night stay. I thought I was going to be trapped when the internal door only partially closed.

I really liked it here. My single room was large, clean, had a comfy bed, giant bathroom, fridge, desk, slippers. It was VERY lovely and quiet. Tastefully decorated.
The outdoor garden on 4th floor was great, breakfast had a large variety, Front desk staff was kind and made me feel welcome. 4 minute walk to Uffizi, 15 minute walk to train station. I hope to return. Thank you!

Perfect location, convenient to most landmarks and is on the riverside that provides fantastic views of the Arno River and the other side of the river. Staffs were friendly and professional. Will stay again next time visiting Florence.

Loved everything. The location is perfectly overlooking the river and The Ponte Vecchio bridge.
The view from the executive room is spectacular!. All staff with excellent customer service including the bar man who tried to custom make my spritz and turning down the bed, was another lovely touch.
The stay was nearly perfect. However, the hotel has several landing areas with no lift access, which meant carrying suitcases up and down multiple sets of stairs. This was inconvenient and definitely impacted the overall comfort of the experience.
