Daily parking 37€ The hotel park the car in a near grage.
Great location next to the river. Very nice view. We recommend to take a room with view to the river.
The breakfast was very good ;)

Amazing location on River Arno with views to take your breath away from our room. But the piece d’ resistance was the breakfast room with its amazing offerings to start your day. And the staff at breakfast room were very attentive and brought us our cappuccinos with our names on them- which we hadn’t given them, just our room number. ?
Front desk could be better organized. Staff at front desk, while perfectly adequate & efficient, could have been more welcoming & attentive. It shouldn’t feel like you are bothering them when you go up to the desk.

The location across from the Arno River was a perfect way to end and start the day. We were allowed a place to store our bags, A suitable taxi for the 4 of us + luggage was provided promptly, the breakfast was a glorious spread that no doubt met all needs! I know it met ours! Loved the tile in the bathroom, our window view of a small Catholic church was quiant. The staff gave us a wonderful recommendation for lunch that has become one of our favorites on our trip to Italy. Highly recommend!!

Very clean, centrally located, staff was nice , breakfast was nice
Very very hot, ac barely works, beds hard and pillows hard. The bathrooms seemed as though they were heated. The downstairs shower in our room did not drain.

I have stayed here several times and I keep thinking of going elsewhere, but never! I love this place, the convenience, excellent breakfast buffet, kind staff and the view of the Arno. All magic.
