It was perfectly located and very clean. People should be aware that the keys are large but can be left at desk.
Staff mild to moderately helpful.
Breakfast fair.
Hair dryer very weak but works.
Walls thin so could hear others in other rooms.

Very helpful staff, great breakfast, and a stunning building with beautiful Art Nouveau art and decorations. We would definitely stay here again!
The cleaning staff uses something that has an extremely strong floral scent. I'm quite sensitive to perfumes, so it triggered a headache. We solved it by opening the windows and airing the room out, but in retrospect, I should have mentioned something to the front desk.

Beautiful property and I loved my room overlooking the Arno. It was very clean and spacious.
The mattress had a dip but not enough to be a problem. I had two early morning starts booked for 7.30 and the breakfast room was due to open at 7. Both days it didn’t open until about 7.10. When I asked for tea and creamer to be replenished in my room ( there was none on two occasions) I wasn’t believed and they came in to check. Very disappointing customer service for such a lovely small hotel.

Very clean, beautiful, comfortable, good located. We got free upgrade as we came.
Breakfast was very tasty. We would certainly come back again.
No cattle or coffee machine in the room.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and location is great on the river. My room had a gorgeous view of the ponte vecchio which was unexpected! The room was very large and so was the bathroom. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
The only thing to note was I found the bed to be quite uncomfortable. The mattress was VERY hard and the pillows quite thin. If you like a firm mattress then you would be fine.

Very classy place to stay and an amazing location near Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi. All of the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.
