Great location next to the river. Very nice view. We recommend to take a room with view to the river.

The hotel is in a perfect location, easy walking distance to most attractions and with a very pleasant view over the river. It has a lovely, slightly old-fashioned feel and is very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice, and the generous bar snacks often appreciated!
Hard to think of much. It lacks modern amenities such as USB charging ports etc, but the comfort more than makes up for that.

This is a classic style hotel in an excellent location, on the river bank. We benefited from a room that overlooked the river and the bridges. The reception staff, especially the gentleman, were very helpful, informative and friendly, with an old school semi formal approach. The room was nice, with an excellent bathroom, including a bath. The breakfast was a very good full buffet. Again, the staff were very friendly with a semi formal approach which was a delight. The service was excellent. On the ground floor was a nice bar, the cocktails hit the mark. The food looked good but we didn’t try as tended to use the many local restaurants. The hotel offered valet off-site parking, as obviously no hotel in this location could possibly have on-site parking but the in the event, the number of roadworks in the area meant it was easier for us to use one of the many local garages and take a short walk to the hotel. The price quoted by the hotel for valet parking was actually less than the cost of the local garage we used. An elegant, well maintained classic building with excellent service, not sure what to add.

The location is very central, close to everything and easy to find.
No conditioner in the toiletries and the hairdryer is not a proper hairdryer, just a hose on the bathroom wall sort of thing. Paper cups were given for our tea and coffee in the room. For a hotel of this standard you would expect china.

Amazing location on River Arno with views to take your breath away from our room. But the piece d’ resistance was the breakfast room with its amazing offerings to start your day. And the staff at breakfast room were very attentive and brought us our cappuccinos with our names on them- which we hadn’t given them, just our room number.
Front desk could be better organized. Staff at front desk, while perfectly adequate & efficient, could have been more welcoming & attentive. It shouldn’t feel like you are bothering them when you go up to the desk.
