A professionally run hotel. The river view was beautiful. It was about a 10 minute walk into the main areas, however really it’s a perfect location. The trim was a great size. The breakfast was opulent

EVERYTHING: location, staff, food, just wonderful! Very nice touches from hotel! Champagne welcome in our room was a wonderful welcoming! Desk staff very helpful from restaurants to safety tips and tickets to attractions!

The location was excellent within walking distance to major sites. It is right on the river Arno.
I felt the staff could have been more helpful. If you ask them a question, they would give a very brief answer and go right back to whatever they were involved in doing. For the price of the hotel they could’ve been more customer oriented.

The hotel is in a very convenient spot for walking around the city.
There were not enough power points for charging phones etc and for doing hair near a mirror

Excellent location near the river and Ponte Vecchio. Good sized room for two friends sharing. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast buffet in a lovely breakfast room. My second stay at the Berchielli, really like this hotel!
Rooms facing the river can be a little noisy due to cars and people walking along the river outside, but did not bother us much. Air conditioner had a water leak which was reported but not fixed during our overnight stay.
