We stayed at Hotel Berchielli in Florence for the second time, and once again it exceeded all our expectations. The hotel is authentic and beautiful, truly reflecting the spirit of real Florence with its unique atmosphere and charm.
The breakfast and service were absolutely outstanding — attentive, warm, and of the highest quality. We also booked a private tour with a driver named Giovanni, and special thanks go to him for his modesty, professionalism, and wonderful personality. He made our experience even more memorable.
I highly recommend Hotel Berchielli to anyone looking for an authentic Florentine experience and exceptional hospitality.

I like everything about this hotel: the central and upscale location, the beauty of the hotel, the size of the room, the beautiful furnitures and carpet, the attentive staff and excellent breakfast. I’ve stayed in four different 4-star hotels in Florence in the past three months and this is my absolute favorite.
My first stay at this hotel was three months ago in September traveling with Roads Scholars. I fell in love with the hotel at that time but complained about the fact that the hotel did not provide any water for its guests. Well, that is no longer the case. That was the hotel’s only small flaw and I am happy that they’ve fixed it.

Excellent Breakfast and location. Room was very clean.
Room was small, although I’ve paid for a larger room. We were two couples and made the same reservation but the room sizes differed a lot. I’ve asked about the room(view, size, etc) at the check in desk two times but he didn’t answer my question, I realized his manner when I saw the room ☹️

The location across from the Arno River was a perfect way to end and start the day. We were allowed a place to store our bags, A suitable taxi for the 4 of us + luggage was provided promptly, the breakfast was a glorious spread that no doubt met all needs! I know it met ours! Loved the tile in the bathroom, our window view of a small Catholic church was quiant. The staff gave us a wonderful recommendation for lunch that has become one of our favorites on our trip to Italy. Highly recommend!!

The staff is very nice. Location is perfect, just a few minutes from Ponte Vecchio. Plus, it has a cozy bar where you can relax after a busy day.
Rooms decoration is a bit too classic for me, but that is a matter of taste.

In my opinion, the Bercielli hotel is magical place. Everything about the hotel is perfection. One side of the hotel has a beautiful view of Arno river. My room overlooked a beautiful small piazza with the ancient Chiesa dei Santi Apostoli, one of the city's oldest churches. I enjoyed everything about the hotel. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and in a perfect location. The staff members are exceptional. I will never forget them. They went out of their way to make my experience at the Hotel Berchielli as enjoyable and memorable as possible.
