Great location, walk to anywhere yo want to see. Very professional staff, helpful. They have a car parking solution for you and 37 euro is cheap. Ambiance around the hotel is awesome. Breakfast is fine. We were very happy during the stay.
We had to drive to Florence and it is not a place to visit by car. Avoid car travel to this city. Use train.

Brilliant people. Alessandro was welcoming and wonderful at the bar — everybody was friendly, approachable and kind. Even with my poor Italian, they were attentive and understanding. Cleaning was brilliant at odd hours; I had unusual timings due to meetings which kept me in / out at unusual times. Location is outstanding: difficult to get lost when you are right next to the Arno. Unearthed a rare gem here - nestled near Ponte Vecchio. Grazie mille!
Heater automatically going overnight, which I did not figure out how to shut-off; sure the team would have readily sorted if asked. The thing I liked least was leaving: I intend to return.

The location across from the Arno River was a perfect way to end and start the day. We were allowed a place to store our bags, A suitable taxi for the 4 of us + luggage was provided promptly, the breakfast was a glorious spread that no doubt met all needs! I know it met ours! Loved the tile in the bathroom, our window view of a small Catholic church was quiant. The staff gave us a wonderful recommendation for lunch that has become one of our favorites on our trip to Italy. Highly recommend!!

Very clean, centrally located, staff was nice , breakfast was nice
Very very hot, ac barely works, beds hard and pillows hard. The bathrooms seemed as though they were heated. The downstairs shower in our room did not drain.

Fantastic hotel, fantastic breakfast, fantastic location. I will simply stay there every time I am in Florence.
I think they could invest a little more on the quality of the meals in the bar. It is easy to have excellent products in Italy even without hiring a chef.
