Paolo's place gives you a full Italian experience. Excellent breakfast, he will provide all that you need. Also, tips to local good restaurants. The room is clean and comfortable. Amazing! Grazie, Paolo!

Our host was most gracious. He took us in his car to show us where to catch the train into Florence. Every morning he had coffee, sweet rolls, yogurt available for us. He even had sandwiches for us to take for the day of walking around. He left a bottle of wine and glasses in front of our room, and left umbrellas for us the second day because it was raining. When I asked him to arrange a cab for us to the train station he insisted on taking us himself!
The room and bath were a little smaller than I would have liked, but it was fine.

The room was small, but clean and comfy, and Paolo was an amazing host. Very kind and supportive ☺️ The place is quite far from the center but well suitable for coming by car, it’s easy to find a fre-of-charge parking lot.
The bathroom is in the room, greatly separated, a bit small though. Paolo doesn't speak English but solves the issue using google translator, so we did not experience any issues with communication.

Paolo is a great host, helping us find parking and taking us to the tram station.
Great breakfast.
Property is great value for money if you re looking for a cheaper accommodation and don’t mind a short tram commute. Car is recommended for 5 min drive to station.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The place was cozy and clean, and the host - Paolo - was very polite and generous - even offered to give us a lift. The breakfast surprised, too. If you want a unique experience in Florence, I highly recommend Affitta camere Calderaro!

We really enjoy this stay - Paolo was amazing host and he let us feel like at home. We liked the cute vintage interior. Breakfast was good too. There are good services in the neighborhood (shopping mall, tram to the centre, free parking).

Paolo is the best host ever. I had a terrible stomach after midnight, he didn’t hesitate to take me to the near Pharmacy. He is very nice and generous. I really enjoyed my breakfast, too. I highly recommed this place to you all!!

Greatest welcome and hospitality by Paolo. Clear explanation and instructions for us about the tram station and he really did his best to have a comfortable stay. Good breakfast as well. So far he was the one of the best host I have met.
