Just wanted to share that my stay was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect—close to all the famous spots but not crazy expensive. Plus, they had everything I needed, from cozy bathrobes to tasty snacks. Seriously, it made the whole experience so much better!
I really enjoyed my stay overall. The only thing was that since I take diuretic medicine, having the bathroom a bit far from the bedroom was somewhat inconvenient. But honestly, it wasn’t a big deal.

The ancient well you could see through the glass in the floor.
Walking distance from train station, close to Central Market, San Lorenzo church, Medici Chapel and not a far walk to other main sights.
Adorable fairly new rooms. Very nice staff.

Locanda di Mosconi is perfectly located 5 minute walk from train station. The room was very nice, super clean and spacious. They have a lift/elevator for suitcases. Staff is very nice and helpful. Felt safe and secure. Best shower our whole trip as well.
It was the perfect stay. There isn’t a washing machine but that is typical.

Locanda di Mosconi was a very cool place to stay while visiting Florence. It is very secure with a doorway entry from the street that makes you feel you are entering a residence. Great restaurants and shops just a few hundred feet away from your door, with key sites .5 mile. Manager was gracious and quick to respond to any request.

I didn’t really enjoy the check in process, wifi was not good and the room could have been cleaner (old soap left in shower etc.)

I liked the location of the property. It was great right next to the train station and walkable to major tourist spots
The check in process was needlessly hard. The owner messaged through Booking.com, but then would not respond to me when I messaged them back through Booking.com. Also, wasnt clear that we had to email them a photo of our documents until when we arrived at the property and couldn’t get in. Just stating the email address in the original message about check-in would have solved this issue.
