Comfy bed, dark quiet room for sleeping and friendly host. Great spot for anyone coming by car. New car park a few minutes walk that charge €10 for 24 hours (APCOA Belfiore), plenty of spots & safe undercover parking.

The room was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed to be happy and comfortable. Nico and staff were so warm and hospitable. Nico made his guests coffee every morning and had Italian biscuits and muffins for all to enjoy, which I think is such a lovely touch and a great start to the day. Nico also provides all touristic information, I found the restaurant list the best. One of his recommendations led us to have probably the best pizza ever.

Wonderful
Only a ten minute walk from the train station so easy to find accomodation. From there we could easily reach all the activities within walking distance. Host very helpful with where to go and places to go and providing a map. Did bring in food and make lovely coffee for you if you wanted it but we were away to early mostly. Only a phone call away which found great when wd left a phone in the taxi and he sorted for us.
Would have been great to have access to plates and cutlery at times.

The property owner was wonderful. He met me at the door, help me to the room, and make sure that everything was fine for me in the morning. He made me a wonderful cup of cappuccino, and we had a good discussion. The room itself was well appointed in the bed was most comfortable. I highly recommend this B&B and definitely will stay there again.

The bed, the host and it was clean.
Sharing a kitchen together and hearing everyone/everything through thin doors.
The TV im the room is atleast 15 years old, not even a smart tv.
For that price you should really consider buying and reinvesting in new TVs.
