Very Good
Clean, spacious main area with a smaller bathroom. There was an elevator to get up which was pretty easy to use and the area felt safe. Easy to find from the train station, only a few blocks away. There were a lot of good restaurants near by, the host was very welcoming and helpful. Very good stay!
The pillows were flat, would be great to have a second or one of them be more full.

The location is in a quiet, safe neighborhood and within 10mins walking distance to Firenze train station.
The owner,Niccolo, is very warm and hospitable and made us Cappucino for breakfast served with some pastries and cookies. He is very hands-on with his guests and is always willing to suggest places to visit for first time visitors in Florence.
We are very pleased with the room we had for triple occupancy. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom is very clean. The property has a daily cleaner to make sure rooms are tidy and clean for guests with multiple days stay.
Will definitely recommend to friends wishing to visit Florence!

Very kind, considerate and hospitable host. Personable from the moment we arrived. Treated us like true guests. Clean, comfortable and quiet accommodations on a safe street near the main train station. The host brews a great cup of coffee for your morning start. Highly recommend for accommodation in Firenze.

The place quiet and it’s near the train station. Niccolo is very kind and have us breakfast everyday. He also provided the map of Florence and information that he recommended us to have.

Comfy bed, dark quiet room for sleeping and friendly host. Great spot for anyone coming by car. New car park a few minutes walk that charge €10 for 24 hours (APCOA Belfiore), plenty of spots & safe undercover parking.

The room was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed to be happy and comfortable. Nico and staff were so warm and hospitable. Nico made his guests coffee every morning and had Italian biscuits and muffins for all to enjoy, which I think is such a lovely touch and a great start to the day. Nico also provides all touristic information, I found the restaurant list the best. One of his recommendations led us to have probably the best pizza ever.

Only a ten minute walk from the train station so easy to find accomodation. From there we could easily reach all the activities within walking distance. Host very helpful with where to go and places to go and providing a map. Did bring in food and make lovely coffee for you if you wanted it but we were away to early mostly. Only a phone call away which found great when wd left a phone in the taxi and he sorted for us.
Would have been great to have access to plates and cutlery at times.
