We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and comfortable, and the service was fantastic.
The food in the restaurant was excellent, and we would especially like to thank Augustina. She was professional, kind, and very attentive, and truly made our stay even more enjoyable.
We highly recommend this hotel.

Hands down the best hotel in Italy! Every little details of the hotel deco and the service are exceptional! Our room has the breathtaking dumuo view. The housekeeping and staff service are spotless! I would definitely return if I come back to Florence in the future.

Our favorite hotel in Italy! Staff was very pro and helpful. Very good location with easy walking access to anywhere. Did not eat at restaurant, but bar service and staff was very good. Room and facilities were vey good
I liked everything. I really cannot see how to improve this place.
