Our favorite hotel in Italy! Staff was very pro and helpful. Very good location with easy walking access to anywhere. Did not eat at restaurant, but bar service and staff was very good. Room and facilities were vey good

The room amenities are a testament to their commitment to excellence: Lavazza coffee, signature teas, a bespoke pillow menu, and crisp Alp drinking water. They’ve thought of everything—the pen serves as a poetic reminder to "write your own story," and the bathroom is stocked with thoughtful essentials like intimate gel, feminine products, shoe cleaners, and high-quality cotton and linen sponges, bath salt.
The "Tivoli touch" was evident throughout our stay:
• A Warm Welcome: We were greeted with traditional Cantucci and Il Vin Santo, a beautiful nod to Florentine culture.
• The Turndown Service: At night, we found a "Lavender Tray" featuring dry lavender, a soothing pillow spray, fresh grapes, and a blueberry overnight mask.
• Leisure & Atmosphere: The lobby is charmingly appointed with chess sets and a wooden "tic tac toe " game.
• Spa Vibes: The bathroom featured sea salts for a bubble bath and even lip balm.
The property is fully accessible for wheelchairs, which is vital. While I missed having an on-site spa and gym, the staff informed me these facilities are coming soon.
Even our departure was memorable, as we were gifted a Parri’s luxury leather luggage tags. I am glad it is not pet friendly ( more hygienic)
I would hope to see Gym and spa, indoor pool, coming up soon

Wonderful
Beautiful decor and wonderfully attentive and friendly staff. Comfortable room though the pillows were not the best. Breakfasts were largely delicious especially the fruit, bakery selection and eggs. The coffee was only reasonable. The bar was in a very nice environment and we enjoyed tasty cocktails.
Check in and out were smooth. The doorman was especially friendly and helpful.

There was a weird bug/warm in the shower, closest space wasn’t much, the bed was king but 2 twins pushed together that in the middle of the night they got separated
