We just got back from an amazing stay at Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi. We had a small problem with our initial room and the front desk staff were wonderful and attentive to work with. We chose to upgrade to an amazing suite and it exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. It is quiet (really important to me) and in a fabulous location. Staff were exceptional.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute highlight of our trip to Florence. The location couldn't be more convenient — just steps away from the city's most iconic sights, charming cafes, and top-tier restaurants. Whether we were exploring the Duomo or strolling along the Arno, everything was right at our fingertips.
What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was the staff. Every single team member we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to help. From thoughtful local recommendations to seamless assistance with bookings and transportation, they went above and beyond at every turn.
The hotel itself was stylish, impeccably clean, and offered all the comforts we needed after a day of sightseeing. We felt incredibly well cared for and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, class, and true hospitality in Florence.

View was amazing. Window of our room literally looked like a picture frame of the Duomo. Room condition and staff was excellent as well.
Nothing. Rooms were slightly on the smaller side but can’t complain as this hotel is located in center of Firenze.

Very nice hotel. Perfect location and very welcoming stuff. We were traveling with our two French bulldogs and they were very kind both to us and our pets. Very good rooms and breakfast. At the top there is a roof top with an amazing view. We can highly recommend.

Loved the hotel. Decor, Staff (especially the concierge Michele), Location, cleanliness, breakfast, rooftop, the details, value for money … everything was perfect 10/10.
If anything to just add a gym room. Other than that, nothing to change at all.

All was perfect...conceirge, front desk, rooftop bar, our room, breakfast buffet.
Next time will get a room with only one floor. I am 67 and scared to go downstairs in middle of night to go to restroom.
