The hotel thought of every little detail that a guest might need in the room. Toiletries were exceptional and replenished daily. Great and helpful staff and so cheery. Close to everything. Breakfast was lovely. I loved my stay

The New Year's Eve was very bad/music, organisation, dress code, ballroom/. It was the worst in my live.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Every Christmas, one of the rooms is beautifully decorated with a Christmas tree and festive decorations, and this year we were lucky enough to stay in that room—it was wonderful. The room was spacious, spotless, and perfect in every way.
We also dined at the restaurant several times during our stay and enjoyed every meal. Augustina, the waitress who attended us, was fantastic. The reception staff were extremely friendly, and the doorman was always kind and welcoming as well.
We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Florence. Thank you for making our stay in Florence so special.

We had a wonderful stay and a truly great experience overall. The hotel exceeded our expectations with its excellent service, comfort, and welcoming atmosphere.
Special thanks to the reception team for their professionalism and kindness, and especially for Suite 601, which was outstanding — spacious, comfortable, and beautifully arranged.
Another big plus is the convenient parking nearby, suitable even for large vehicles, which made our stay much easier.
We would be happy to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality service and a pleasant stay.
