Location is prime but tucked away in a quiet street. The staff was extremely friendly, nice and helpful. I loved the vibe from when you walk into the lobby and all the way into the room. We had the loft room and it was nice to feel like there were 2 spaces for us to hang. Bathroom used Aqua di Parma products which was delicious. Would come back!

Its location was excellent
Only a minor irritation. I brought the wrong adaptor. Could not set up my laptop. Wished that the hotel cater for visitors from the east by hvg multi adaptors.

Rooms are tiny. Furniture and amenities in the room are not 5star. No spa. No swimming pool. Temperature control poor. Bad views from the rooms. Claustrophobic

We just got back from an amazing stay at Tivoli Palazzo Gaddi. We had a small problem with our initial room and the front desk staff were wonderful and attentive to work with. We chose to upgrade to an amazing suite and it exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. It is quiet (really important to me) and in a fabulous location. Staff were exceptional.
