Communication was excellent with videos provided that guided you from either parking area or from the train. Was better and easier to follow than google maps!
It took 10 minutes to walk there from the station and though basic the room and bathroom were spotless.
The breakfast was amazing with a lovely terrace to eat at. When we left early the day of departure- we were provided our breakfast selection and coffee maker so that we didn’t go hungry.

Everything was great. The communication from Gianluca ahead of our stay was really good. The location is good, approx 10 mins walk from the main station & 20-25 mins walk to the Duomo. Gianluca gave us some really good restaurant recommendations several of which are within 10-15 mins walk from the apartment. The room is really comfortable, good lighting, full length mirror, good shower with plenty of hot water & lovely towels. The room was freshened each day. Breakfast was great, fresh pastries everyday & the option for eggs, cheese & cooked meats etc.
Tip - ask Gianluca for the links to book tickets for the Duomo & Uffizi and if you want to go up the dome at the Duomo you need to book several weeks/months is advance. It was fully booked when we tried but we did manage to get some via Viatours

The owner was extremely kind and welcoming. He also helped us book a day trip to Siena and Tuscany. The room was spotless and only 10 minutes from the central station. The check-in instructions were very clear, especially since we arrived very late due to a delay. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was great on the terrace, the room was very clean and a generous size.
It was slightly away from the centre but that is reflected in the reasonable pricing.

First off and the most important part is that the owner is exceptionally accommodating and helpful. He personally saw to it that we had everything we required and made us very comfortable. The location is excellent, and the property itself is very modern, spacious, and bright.
