Very good location and friendly staff. We had wonderful room with a view on Duomo di Firenze and the main square.

The location is ideal for being near the heart of Florence and visiting the main art sites.
The room was rather bare with no character. The bed cover was old and not comfortable. The room was also chilly and when we asked about how to turn on the heat they said they couldn't as they had switched to summer settings, even though it was still April

The location was great just in front of the Duomo, same plaza. The room was comfortable and for the price I think they were really decent accommodations. Breakfast was really great, awesome coffee made by Gill who is very attentive. Communication with staff was excellent. Very clean room.
If you like to sleep early, just consider there is a lot of noise since it is in the middle of the plaza and there are people walking around and talking extremely loud until around midnight. Be careful with WIFI, there was an open connection with the same name of the Hotel and I logged in since I needed to work, not knowing it was the incorrect one. The next day I had to cancel all my cards due to fraudulent activity with my banks. Just make sure you connect to the correct secure WIFI.

We had front window magnificent views to the Duomo di Firenze and witnessed the famous Easter celebration event - Scoppio del Carro.
The accommodation was at the center of all tourist activities and easily allowed quick comfort breaks throughout the day.

The location is very close to many museums and tourist attractions, 90% of what you can see can be reached on foot from this location.
The beds felt very hard. But you can see the whitest white bed sheets in this hotel. Perfect cleanliness!
