It has a great location, right on the square in front of Santa Maria del Fiore. It is clean, with comfy beds. The staff is very helpful and welcoming!
There were stairs inside the room and we need to climb them to get from beds to the bathroom and the breakfast was very poor!

Great view and close to everything! Very comfortable and cute breakfast. Good for my family and little 6 month old as well. Very spacious and comfortable! Loved listening to the guitarist at night and the views were just amazing!

We were greeted by a wonderful host who gave us an amazing restaurant recommendation. Our room was a 3 bedroom suite and it was stunning! It overlooked the square from two of our three rooms. There was one room with 2 twins, one with a queen and another with what I can only describe as a double king. The biggest bed I have ever seen! Everyone’s slept great! We loved it so much we tried to book it for a second night but much to our disappointment it wasn’t available. I’d stay here for a week or more! Breakfast was standard fare. Nice but crowded.
Early check out was the only thing we didn’t love.

We were greeted by Marcel when we checked in and he showed us everything we needed to know about the property. He was delightful and made our stay in Florence very memorable. We could not have been more satisfied. Everything about the room and the location was excellent.

Close to everything. We overlooked the Duomo and the Piazza del Duomo. Loved the option of leaving windows open for cool air or turning on the AC.
Because we were in the heart of the beauty of Florence, it could get a little loud. But the streets quieted down around 11pm so we could sleep.

The location was perfect, right in center to walk to everything you would want to see. We arrived by train and took about 10 min walk to hotel. We had a beautiful view of the Duomo. Breakfast was just simple but perfect for us.

Great location, the room was different from what we saw on booking. We paid almost $400 for a tiny, smelly room with a tiny bathroom. The beddings and pillows had a bad smell. The person who checked us in was not helpful and very rude. We didn't sleep at all because of the loud noises from outside. If you love peaceful sleep, this is not a place to be. No sound proof at all. If something falls in a bathroom, you can't bend to pick it up, no space at all. I'm slim but couldn't fit in that bathroom. The pictures of the rooms shown on booking looks pretty but that is just for show, you'll be disappointed when you see the real place. The room was not even worth a $100 to be honest. I guess this is a B&B for students. The location is amazing, so close to everything.
The breakfast was ok but the staff who served it were very rude. Instead of greeting us at 8 am, they only reminded us about the checkout time which is 10:30am. We couldn't wait to check out anyway.
Stay away from this place ...there are other nice B&B nearby you can check them out...this place is not worth it.

Location, personnel amicable.
We got to room (6 and 7 third floor).
I got a room with a stench that I found annoying. The manager tried to convinced me that it was because of cleaning products used in the toilet. Then he said it was the leather of the bed head. I think the building is old. The other room did not have that smell though. The kitchen was next to our rooms and you can hear the start of the preparations around 7.00 am, which was annoying if you are trying to sleep. The view or our room is ot towards the square but to back street. So one experience will depend on which room one gets. I had a pic at room on the 4 floor and that was nice. Breakfast was cheap. But I like that the personnel were hard working people. Obviously some else gets the profit.

The location in the center of the tourist attraction. We are thankful and grateful to Marcelo, who did our check-in and guided us for all our inquiries. He is very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast is simple but tastes good, most especially the croissants and also the fresh juices.
Nothing, everything is good as all the staff are friendly and approachable.
