Location was fantastic, the staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was great and the room was very comfortable for the 3 of us.
Doesn't seem that there is any access to climate control in the room.

I stayed in the residence and my reservation was cancelled by the establishment despite the fact that we had spoken on the phone and on WhatsApp. This could impact my points and level on booking.
The room was not double-glazed, so it was too noisy. Our room overlooked the street, so we slept very badly because of the noise.
My 3-month-old baby would wake up with a start every time. Some people thought they were loud in the street...
The seals in the bathroom are not clean, please pay attention to details and check hygiene.
No glass in the room or bathroom.
Canceling the reservation of a customer who has resided in your establishment under the pretext of no physical presentation is dishonest and contradictory.

Location very good. Good for city centre and transport links
Very noisy road. Seating in room uncomfortable. Breakfast room exceedingly small and uncomfortable. Food choices limited. The toilet seat needed screwing down in our room

Location was awesome. We came in by train so it was just a 5-7 minute walk from the station. Felt safe the whole way. It was also close to the attractions we were visiting: Duomo, museums, David statue and markets. The staff was very friendly and helpful - assisted with many questions. The room was layout smartly, very efficient use of the space. Great closet so we could put things away and not have them cluttering our room - this is great when the rooms aren't huge. The bathroom was very modern and the shower was the biggest one we had in Italy. No real natural light in the room, windows opened to a shaft that had a strange odor so we never opened the windows - not bad in mid April, temps were fine. We were two travelers and we never felt like we were on top of each other in the main room or bathroom. Good flow to the room. On a fairly busy street which we think is good for safety, and from our room we never heard road traffic noise. We walked to our room after some of the sites for a rest before going back out, it was so close to everything so we never wasted time in travel. Location is one of the best features of this facility along with the main staff we interacted with during check in - she was always in a good mood and greeted us with a smile each morning - great way to start your day! We like the facility and would recommend it. It was a great value for our budget.
Breakfast was satisfactory, wish they served hot items. Yogurt was the only protein.

The location was very close to the city center which is a good advantage and there were so many restaurants options around. Regarding the room features the bed was comfortable and space enough for the clothes in the wardrobe.
Breakfast: short schedule (8-10am), we took 2 butter that were expired and the reason that the receptionist gave us was pathetic and it seems that she was laughing at us. Room cleaning: we ask for the room to be cleaned and we were expecting the room cleaned but unfortunately they only made the bed and change the towels. Very unprofessional.
