Wonderful
The location was very good. The room seemed updated and the air conditioning was wonderful.

Location was excellent. The room was nice, comfortable and clean.
The shower and bathroom were not very functional. Especially the shower which was smallish, flimsy, with water that backed up. They did fix the water from backing up. There wasn't much counter space in the bathroom or hooks for towels. Overall it felt very light on bathroom amenities.

The location was exceptional, in the heart of the city
Shower had cracking tile and was so small my husband couldn’t use it easily.
There was little room to arrange items so most was on the floor

The bed was very comfortable. The bedroom was spacious. The room was cleaned daily.
The shower was very tiny and it leaks
The toilet seat moves when you sit on it. It moves left to right. The second door requires a key to enter and this part was not advised
Upon arrival we had to wait for someone to exit before we could enter.

Wonderful
The staff was really helpful and kind. The room was nice and the deck plus hot tub was amazing. Stunning view and wonderful space that felt right in the middle of town but private at the same time.
Getting in and out of the building and the elevator were both a bit confusing and spooky but for the price and once you got use to it wasn't an issue.

Very pretty hotel, right on a side canal. Staff was so nice, accommodating, and helpful. Room was clean and the air conditioning was perfect and much needed in Venice during the summer! Would definitely stay here again.
Everything was about 20min walk from this hotel. But the value was worth it

Location, staff, and the rooftop bar. Loved the free cappuccinos and espresso.
Had a fire alarm go off at 6:00am our first day there. It was a rude away, but just added to the adventure of our trip. We tried the breakfast, but felt it was overpriced for what was served.

The location is great. Staff is friendly.
If you plan on arriving early and leave your bags to venture out, think twice - it's not a hotel. No one is available until after 2pm and we had to pay to leave our bags (after I asked someone where) until we're able to check in. If this works for you, great. The rooms could use an upgrade, especially the bathroom. My room certainly did not look like any of those photos. You can barely move in the shower and water spills out (think of an RV plastic shower). The elevator is typical of those in Europe where two people barely fit and must be able to close all doors or you won't go (hope you have small bags). Think of an old one where you close iron gates...that's the elevator situation. It's either that or stairs to the 4th flr. The person we checked in with was very friendly. It was very hot but there's an AC unit, thankfully. Just giving an honest, informative review of our stay for the cost to anyone considering this as their overnight stay. Overall just ok. I prob will not book again.

The location was perfect!!! The room had AC which was a blessing and the bed was comfortable.
Bathroom and shower were small- and the shower could do with some Reno- hot water was hit and miss, but who cares you’re in Italy!

Loved the location, walking distance everywhere!
The view was awesome. The jacuzzi on the terrace was awesome! Maggie was very good at making us feel cared for!
One little issue with the elevator malfunction that was fixed quickly. Also, make sure to give accurate info for the time of check in so that the property manager can be there on time. If you’re gonna be early or late, it’s best to let them know ASAP

I really loved the location. The room was unexpectedly perfect: room size was great, high-ceilinged room, beds clean, electrical outlets were available next to both beds, view from the room was ok, the bathroom was clean, acceptable size, towels were a good size, hair dryer good.
Attendant/front desk person to be there more hours, no iron in the room, shower stall was tight for someone 200+ lbs.

Location is amazing! you are literally less than a block away from Duomo right in the heart of Florence. The room was pretty spacious and clean. AC and Wifi both worked well. The room had a mini fridge and tea kettle with tea and coffee.
The elevator is pretty old, slow and small. It makes you truly think twice before leaving or returning to the room. So if you're a big group it might become pretty annoying. They also didn't replace our towels when house keeping happened. We had to chase the cleaning person and ask for clean towels.
