The owner Lorenzo was very helpfull, very friendly , excellent service. The room is unique ,beautifull and clean. My san in law very happy with the coffee machine. The breakfast is more than enough even not buffet. We got banana, youghurt, muffin, sandwich and the tea or coffee.

Beautiful old world charm of a hotel. It was slightly above our usual price range but so glad we took this hotel.
It was an easy 15-20 minute walk into the centre of everything past markets depending on your route.
Host - Lorenzo gave a great overview on the map with restaurant recommendations and sightseeing distances from the hotel.
Bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom were spotless.
No dining room but we collected a typical Italian breakfast every morning packed in a box and we where able to eat outside at the sitting area.

Room was spacious. Location was fantastic. It was about an 8 to 10 min walk to the Duomo and markets. Staff were very friendly and gave great info about what was good to go it and how to get there.

The rooms were so perfectly themed for Florence. Host was helpful. Location was fantastic.
The bed in the suite was great. The bed in the second room we had wasnt that comfortable.

Very helpful and friendly hosts. Lorenzo gave us great recommendations for restaurants that were good quality but not at touristy prices. Room serviced every day and changed towels for our 4 night stay. Yoghurts, juice and water in fridge every day to compliment breakfast box. Could use pretty courtyard also and coffee machine, fruit and juice available all day in this area.

The staff were so friendly gave a map of where to go and good food suggestions- good location and good breakfast boxes. Water juice and yogurt provided in the room. Courtyard lovely to sit in. Left my purse behind and staff kindly contacted me to arrange collection. Definitely would recommend. Trattoria ZaZa is a must but booking advised

After a walk from the train station, we were met by one of the managers who personally handed us the keys and provided information on the hotel, room, the sights to see and provided restaurant recommendations with their locations. There was a coffee machine, water and refreshments in the lobby 24/7 as well as a refrigerator in the room with refreshments. The room size was good but the bathroom was tiny but that is the case with alot of hotels in Europe. Both of the staff members were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.
It was a bit of a walk to Piazza Duomo so be prepared to walk. The breakfast was marginal. They provided a box breakfast with two croissants and a muffin. Not much variety.
