Prime location, very comfortable room, it was very clean and staff was super friendly. View from the terrace was amazing, overlooking Duomo in the heart of Florence. Would recommend it to everyone!

Booked deluxe room with city view. Room did not match pictures. Pictures showed wrougt iron balcony with table. Our room did not have that. Only a window. Felt misleading . We overpaid for what we got. We expressed our concern and the owner said the Pictures were "representative". I paid a lot for the room in the picture. The over $400/night I paid was real (not representative) and I expected to get what I paid for. The bathroom was very small and once again not what was pictured for the
Deluxe Room.. There was also a fowl smell in the common area by the elevator that everyone complained about.

Gorgeous rooftop views in the heart of Florence! The sunsets here are magical. The room was very cozy and the accommodations are exactly as pictured. The staff were amazing and offered great local dinner and shop recommendations.

Amazing location! In the heart of the city, walking distance to everything. Safe, great views, easy communication and amazing staff. Great breakfast and has a functional elevator.

This B& B is in the perfect location in the heart of the city above Prada with a beautiful elevator to get you up there. It also has a roof top terrace with views of the whole city, esp. the Duomo which is right across the street! The staff was accomodating and woderful, the room was gorgeous and we couldn't have been happier. There was plenty of room for three of us with and a big bathroom as well. The decor was beautiful and it was easy to walk to every part of the city from there. I would recommend La Terrazza Sul Duomo to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay in Florence.

So many great things to say! Firstly the location is incredible, couldn’t have stayed in a better spot to shopping and restaurants and of course the duomo. Second the rooftop terrace where you can see the whole city at any time! Amazing for sunsets. And then the room itself we loved the energy it was cute and spacious with high ceilings. We would highly recommend and would stay here again!
They made us pay for bath towels. We have a daughter and things can get messy and we asked for a new bath towel and they said it’s only given for free on the 3rd day. It’s only 2.50 euro and It’s very eco friendly policy we just didn’t know and never experienced that before, but maybe it’s a policy in Italy, not sure.

The staff is nice and lovely
This property is not safe for children. The bedside table is felled down and my daught’s toe is smashed by the bedside table turns out we have to go to emergency and stay in hospital for surgery.

Location! 15 min walk from the train station, 15 min walk to the Uffizi gallery and steps from the Duomo.
The room we had was very small. With two suitcases it was hard to walk. Besides the wide windowsill, there was no place to put out belongings (phone, handbags etc). The bathroom doesn’t have any hooks for towels or any shelves to keep your toiletries.
The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful.
They should consider putting less room fragrances in the hallway. The smell was too intense and caused headaches for both of us.

The only thing I liked about B&B is the location.
Breakfast is a buffet in a small room with only boiled eggs for protein option that they bring in. Laundry service is charge per clothing item. No black out curtains. Bed was uncomfortable. It’s just a 3 star hotel stay. They don’t replenish your bath towels during stay.

Absolutely loved the location....couldn't have been better and at a relatively reasonable cost given the location and view of the Duomo from the room. It is also in close walking distance to the Pizza della Signoria and Ponte Vecchio. Before getting there, we were advised that, due to air conditioning issues, they moved us from our deluxe room to a superior room with view of Duomo. We were fortunate to get this beautiful room that was very clean and with beautiful gold trim and purple colors. The twin beds we requested were comfortable. We liked the newness of the bathroom, esp the nice wide ledge where we could put our stuff. Breakfast was included, but we only opted to use it 2 out of the 3 days we stayed there. Since the dining room was under renovation, Alejandra was kind enough to run for groceries and provide us with everything we asked for the night before (juices, water bottles, bananas, yogurts, bread, meat, cheese). Loved that we could see the Duomo clearly from the rooftop.
The room door could only open partially due to what I believe is a defect with the door (should be easy fix by trimming it down so the bottom doesn run into the floor). Bigger folks may not get through the door too well.
