The property is located right in the heart of the city just minutes walk from major attractions such as the Duomo and the Ponte Vecchio. It is also only fifteen minutes walk from the station. The rooms were clean, well equipped and comfortable. The host is kind and helpful.
I only have positive comments as it was an exceptional stay.

We didn't know where the lights were for the stairwells, as it was dark the first night when we entered, so maybe better signage or more info in the email would have been helpful. Thanks in advance.

The location really is unbeatable. Check in is seamless, and value for money is high. The breakfast is lovely and helps get the day started. Also, the customer service is excellent! They're very responsive on WhatsApp and communicated proactively well before check-in. Highly recommend!
My friends' room was closer to the street, and they mentioned it was noisy at night.

Great location. Staff at the restaurant and the restaurant location for breakfast was exceptional.
They had turned the air conditioning off for the season and it was hot. If you open the window, you couldn’t sleep because of the street noise.

Giampiero, owner of the B&B Piazza di la Signoria and Caffe Perseo is one of the most professional and genuine people I've ever met. His staff is amazing and we left feeling like we had a new family.

The bed was firm but comfortable. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast in the piazza at Caffe Perseo was excellent. Also excellent location! Uffizi was just across the square. River was a block away. Duomo was 2 blocks.
Three flights of stairs to the first floor no elevator. It’s to be expected in old Florence but as a small older woman I wrestled my 35 lb bag and almost didn’t make it.

Comfortable second floor room in a perfect location just off of La Signora dí Firenze square in the middle of Florence. A big plus was the daily excellent breakfast at Perseo’s Cafe. Staff support was also outstanding.
The only thing we were disappointed with was the small corner shower stall size.

Excellent location. Central to numerous sights. Very helpful staff. Clean . comfortable bed. Enjoyed the breakfast at nearby cafe. Owner was very nice and even made sure we had some coffee and pastries for take out when we head to depart early on our last morning.

location, cleanliness, , room size, safety, value and excellent breakfast. I will definitely recommend the B&B to friends traveling to Florence and will definitely stay there on our next trip to Florence!
just minor things, maybe a shelf below the sink to hold toiletries or a larger shelf above the sink. Also, a photo of the door in the alley way to help find the location. The photo that Google Maps uses is wrong and confusing.

We had an amazing stay at BB Signoria. Centrally located to all points of interest. The breakfast from Cafe Paseo was delicious. Antonella was a wonderful hostess. Would not hesitate to stay here again when we come back to Florence.
