Location. Great breakfast assortment. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Very clean. Balcony was a plus. 24 hour fruit and snacks available for free. Convenient to train station and buses.

The stay was amazing! Location is in the strict city centre, about two minutes to Santa Maria Novella station. Breakfasts so nice and fresh and the hosts helpful. Definitely recommend and hope to be back.

Lovely and comfortable room. Easy walk from the train station to check in and very walkable - although not central- to all the sites. Great, simple breakfast and the hosts were so friendly! We were staying as part of our Anniversary trip and the sweet extra touches were so nice!

Everything went well. Rossana and Carlos were super nice, they gave us a lot of useful tips. Breakfast is very good and prepared everyday bay Rossana. Place is clean and nice. Location is very good, near the train station and walking distance major attractions.

The property was very close to the rain station and an easy walk to all the sites. Andrea, Josef and Rosanna were AMAZING hosts.

This B &B was quite small - only 4 rooms. Our room was very clean and well appointed. The location was very near the train station, which helped when we were making necessary connections.
Because the B&B was so near the train station, it was quite noisy all night. The room was very hot, and we tried to keep the window open, but the trains kept us awake. The bathroom was extremely small with a tiny shower. As we had to leave early in the morning for our flight, we were shown where breakfast items could be found. We were quite concerned with the fact that there are no staff members available at all in the evening. We were essentially left on our own with other guests. We were given numbers to call in emergencies, but this was somewhat unsettling. As a result, we would not rebook at this B & B again.

The staff are friendly and welcoming! The breakfast had good choice and the coffee and tea were made to our liking. The room was spacious, well ventilated and clean. Our room was always well maintained with fresh towels and toiletries. There were terrific restaurants nearby and a supermarket just down the road. The train station is right next door. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
