Excellent location, Nice room & shower. Common use fridge, silverware & stove was nice. Felt safe. Transport bus right across the street. Excellent staff.
Hard to regulate room temperature but opened the window and room temperature was fine.

Great location, just becide the cathedral, very clean, fully sanitized
Wifi is almost non-existent, the host even pasted a note saying the wifi is facing technical issue, but tbh idk how long has the note has been there and how difficult to find someone to fix it. Given that there’s no mobile network in the property, the host should take more initiative to fix the wifi. The host said he will update me but I didn’t receive any updates. Also, hot water is a issue which can just cut off without notice, host says maybe it ‘just needs recharging’, but when this happens halfway thru showering(<5min) it’s not a good experience. Facilities are old, thus soundproofing is bad and the parquet floor is poorly maintained, and there’s a family screaming upstairs everyday which is a bit worrying too. Self checkin can be a bit tricky too

Dior & Hina were absolutely amazing hosts, they gave us fantastic recommendations on what to do, eat & much more.
Unfortunately they do not have a pool but we went to the beach that was recommended which was beautiful

Location was brilliant. Right next to Duomo and all the shops.
Room was really basic. Air conditioning wasn’t working at height of summer. I checked out and moved it was too hot to sleep in. Bed was hard and the bathroom shower badly needs regrouting. Such a shame as could be brilliant.

Great location! Sound-proofing between rooms was fine, but we could hear people on the common area clearly.
The bed frame is very unstable, it shakes even when my partner moved an arm.

Location!! You are in the heart of Florence. Famous sights, restaurants are all at walking distance and you are in middle of the hustle and buzz of the town. Also the staff is very sweet.
1. The heating wasn’t working. We were given an electric heater on the second day of the stay, which was good only for sometime and the room was COLD
2. The safety locker was not working. Upon asking, the next day they gave a portable small locker which did not make any sense to use as it can be carried out of the room at anytime
3. The property says they have daily housekeeping, but after booking the room they send you a message saying they only do tidying up, no sanitisation, no bathroom cleaning or change of towels. it’s all at additional cost!
4. The lobby lights were not working. It was dark in the evenings while walking to the room. They did not fix it unless it was the 5th day of our stay (the day of our checkout)
They need some serious maintenance and upkeep work to do. Rooms are dated, need renovation!!
