It was lovely and gracious, with a delicious breakfast, and staff were helpful and friendly.
I would DEFINITELY return.
I suggested they include a little more information in their welcome email such as noting when you enter from outside, will go to right, up one flight of stairs, conversely

I had a wonderful stay at Il Marzocco Boutique B&B. The room was cozy and exceptionally clean, making it a very comfortable place to relax after a day in Florence. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and communicative, always responding promptly to any questions.
Breakfast was good, with enough variety to start the day right. I also appreciated how quiet and respectful the other guests were, which added to the overall peaceful atmosphere. The furniture and decorations are thoughtfully chosen and give the place a unique, charming character.
The house rules are simple and easy to follow, and the location is excellent—close to both the train station and the city center. The bathroom was spacious, and there was plenty of hot water at all times.
Overall, I didn’t encounter any issues during my stay and would gladly return. Highly recommended!
