Pleasant
very convenient to get to airport for very early morning flight and helpful front desk staff. Convenient to have enough beds for all 4 of us to stay in the same room.
It's on a busy road, so a little noisy at night and could hear noise from other rooms. Bathroom was a little small, but manageable. Didn't have much time to use any of the amenities or have breakfast, so can't comment on anything else. Just a place to sleep before catching an early morning flight.

The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. It was nice have a pretty view from the balcony and the mini fridge was really helpful to have. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
Some of the staff weren't friendly. One of them had attitude when we wanted another pen to write our names on a piece of paper.

This was the worst accommodation choice of our Italy trip. Since it was just a one-night stay, I booked without much research, but it turned out to be a disappointment. The room was old and poorly maintained, there was no ventilation in the bathroom, no mini fridge, and the beds were worn out and uncomfortable. I also noticed an unpleasant stain on one of the towels. The staff was kind and attentive, but unfortunately that alone is not enough to make up for the overall experience. Overall, I would not recommend this place.

I loved the cleanliness of the place. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean.
The front desk staff were helpful, especially Christian . He helped us by giving us information in how to best get around. The staff speaks many languages.
Another great thing was theit breakfast, for $7.00 you will have a continental breakfast with many options. You wont be disappointed.
The property needs updating in the bathrooms, there’s humidity in the walls and bathroom door. The rooms are not well insulated; he could hear everything from the room next door.

I liked the design, the facilities, the fact that they had reception and you could buy beverages downstairs.
Cleaning lady disturbed us twice, even though I told her we will check out that morning, and the second time we had the “do not disturb” sign on the door. Did not feel like there was a good value for money stay.

The staff was very friendly. Held our bags for us and had a good selection of snacks and drinks to choose from.
The floor in our room was cracked and broken. The air conditioning was also not the best. The location was further away than i would have liked. We had to figure out the tram system to get to the main area.

Wonderful
The lady at the reception was very helpful during check in and explaining how to get with public transportation to the city center. The location is also very good. We arrived with our car and could use the parking spot of the hotel for free. Very close to the hotel there is a tram station, which you can use to go to the city center very easily.
