Exceptional
Second time staying at one of their properties. It was wonderful. Clean, comfortable and a great shower. Staff was great and this one had a neat little shop in the lobby.

Very Good
The staff was very helpful and nice, the location was ok it was a very residential area and around 20 minutes from the city center. The breakfast was great a lot of options and a very good eating space.
The room wasnt vertiy clean there were somethings on the walls that were probably left by previous guests and the room was very squished and small (it was a corner room i think)

Good
Great service and location, but room and breakfast need improvement
Friendly staff and practical location, with a few areas to improve.
First, the bed is in poor condition—the mattress is completely warped and uneven, making it incredibly difficult to sleep.
Second, breakfast this morning was quite chaotic. There were no savory food options available, only sweet items. When the savory food finally arrived, it was a complete mess because everyone rushed for it at the same time, making the situation very difficult to manage.

Very Good
The location was great for us who preferred walking to the city center. Great food places by the park 5 minutes away. We got a corner room which came with a balcony that also went around the corner. The room was very spacious.
Very small selection of food at breakfast.
We had a balcony with evening sun but the view was completely blocked by a metal grid, it was hard to see out to the street.
A bit more expensive than it should be.

Pleasant
Close to the airport and has a parking garage, good price relatively speaking
Cracks all over the room and corridor and many parts are old and need fixing. I also see bugs in my room and in my bed - small bugs but still. It’s in a residential neighborhood but can be sketchy if you walk back at night (there is apparently a street nearby where you can see girls standing by the street…

Poor
Pretty much nothing. It was only convent in terms of proximity to the airport.
Soon as you walk into the building there is an awful stench. As if they don’t have ventilation. In the room, though it’s a big bed, decent mattress, there is another stench in the pillow and mattress. It’s the same smell as when you leave wet laundry in a dryer for a day too long. It was just awful.
Cheap body and hair gel in the shower.

Poor
I think it's very wrong that the room temperature is regulated throughout the hotel; the room was very hot and, because it was spring, there was no air conditioning, which is illogical. And the staff solution was, open the window.

Fair
Check in sent smoothly. Staff let us keep our car in the parking lot as we explored the city until check in time.
Parking was very limited and not the most intuative to find. Room was small, bed was OK but not great. Breakfast was not included. The whole structure felt out dated, from exterior to finishes in the room it needed some TLC.
