Very hepful staff, close to the tram.
Good selection of food & drink items to purchase in lobby
Very no frills. No hot pot or coffee service in room. Lighting very dim.
Heard toilet flushing & shower running from room above.
Room too warm even with heat turned off in winter.

Good value and location for our needs. Close to Tram stop and airport. Decent shopping not too far away. Some good restaurants nearby.
Breakfast items that should be warm (eggs, sausage) were not. My wife had to warm hers up in the hotel lobby microwave. A bit subpar for Euro hotel breakfast.

They have ice, which is so appreciated and extremely rare in Europe! They also have a few selections of tea. The room is nicely done. I especially like the light switches in the middle of the headboard. They have a focus on the environment which is appreciated. My room was on the top floor and overlooked the airport, but is far enough away where you don't hear the noise. There are lots of power outlets to charge your stuff.
It's called a B&B, but it's important to know that breakfast is usually not included, like it is at most every other B&B. The front desk staff were overwhelmed. Unfortunately, there's no self check in, even though there could be since they use keypads, so almost everyone has a long wait. The elevators run independently, so you have to push both buttons to get the fastest service. But they are both in terrible shape, filthy dirty, and make big rattling noises, which is unnerving.

The property is great value for money and very close to the tram station—just a 2-minute walk from the station to the hotel.
The service is exceptional. If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would definitely give more—especially for the outstanding service from the receptionists, Alexandro and Alphonso.

15 minutes tram + 5 minutes walk from the Florence Central station, safe and quiet. Clean room and a wonderful shower. Standard hotel room facilities such as a safe and wardrobe. Great view. Desk with ample power socket. Excellent switch layout. Great breakfast. And a 24/7 convenient store.

I'm so glad that I booked this hotel for its proximity to the airport. The T2 tram was a short walk (<5 min) from the hotel and the airport was only 2 tram stops away. Staff was super accommodating because I arrived in Florence at 9:30am from Cinque Terre to avoid the national train strike from 9:00a-5:00p. They kept all my luggage in the office, so I could have one last day exploring the city. I would say it was good for an overnight before flying home from vacation.
Dedicated work station desk in Room 808 was super wobbly. didn't place anything on there because I was afraid it was going to fall over.
