It was clean
The AC could only heat and not cool. They were also working on the lift one day, so we had to walk down all the way from the 5th floor using the stairs

The location was okay, although a bit far from the centre of Florence. The staff were very nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean
There is no kettle in the room so you cannot make any tea or coffee, which is a standard feature of any hotel I have ever stayed in. You have to go down to the lobby to get tea or coffee and you have to pay. The breakfast was okay, nothing special.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Not shabby at all.30 minutes walk to attractions and train station.
The only think is they didn't provide any fans in the room or air con. It felt quite hot in the night but we couldn't open the window because of the traffic noise. Also, the wall between rooms must be quite thin as we could hear people next door snoring really loudly

Big choice at the breakfast buffet. Staff was very kind and helpful.
The street next to the hotel is pretty busy and it’s noisy, but it wasn’t a problem for us.
