Easy access and location. Good front desk. Breakfast is simple.
We stayed for two nights. The shower drainage is not good, and dirty water backs up with loud noise when you use the sink, toilet, or shower. You can also hear flushing noise from the upper floor down. There was a bad smell coming from the sink. There are people walking around after midnight, and you can hear guests and cleaner talking and making noise from midnight through the morning. My rest is quite disruptive, waking up hearing cleaner singing and moving things around 2:30 a.m.

The location was great! Right in the middle of the Old Town. We liked the breakfast. We ate there most days. Very tasty and convenient. The staff was excellent. Helpful and pleasant. Very happy with our choice.

Very weird building and room - lots of noise and odd way to be welcomed to the property. Asked for our passports over WhatsApp and again when we arrived. Check-in was odd. Didn’t feel welcomed. Check out was too early.

Great location , couldn’t be better :) ! Friendly staff - The concierge stayed late after business hours to help me for check in! It was very nice and helped me because I was very tired after a long flight.

The location was perfect. Easy walking distance to major attractions and restaurants/shopping. The breakfast was a great value and had a large variety of options. We felt secure with staff on site. The room was clean, luxurious and the air conditioning worked great.

This B&B is so beautiful and charming, location is excellent! So close to every attraction.Room we got was beautiful. . Staff so helpful and nice Mrs.Maria helped us with the parking and directions. We would definitely come back and recommend if you love history and charm.

Great location at the heart of Firenze, for walikng and also for parking the car (in a nearby carpark).
It has all the facilities one needs for a vacation.
There are inevitable few stairs to climb before the elevator.
The bathroom is very small and tight.

Really lovely stay. Beautiful room. Excellent location and central to everything. Breakfast had a nice selection of options (not just pastries). Air conditioner worked great (stayed in August). Elevator for part of the way to room. There are about 15 - 20 stairs to go up.
Checking in is always easier if you arrive when the host is there. The time staff leaves is a little early but they are very responsive via text or what's app.

The location was perfect! It was also really quiet and the bed was comfortable. We found everything we needed in the bathroom and there was also a small coffee machine for the morning coffee. Some things in the room were not new, but it had that antique vibe like the building itself and the old town right outside. Somehow they managed to fit a small elevator in that old building, it was helpful ?

The location was excellent, the staff was excellent. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable.
If you’re looking for a cute, plush room with views, then this wouldn’t exactly be it, but for our needs and expectations it was great.

It was above our expectations. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful.
The location was perfect, everything was easy to reach.
The lady from the breakfast buffet was a little rude or in a bad mood. Her way was kind of shocking, but the front desk lady handled it very professionally.

This place was absolutely perfect for our stay! I previously studied in Florence and can confidently say this is a prime location—everything you’d want to see or do is within walking distance. The apartment itself was beautiful and very clean upon arrival. The bathtub with jets was a definite highlight, and the self check-in/check-out process made everything super convenient.
We have no complaints! One small note: our window overlooked a lively square (or possibly just a busy area) where there was often live music in the evenings. It added to the charm for us, but if you’re sensitive to sound, it’s something to consider. That said, the noise wasn’t excessive and didn’t bother us at all, we actually enjoyed it!
