Our room was so beautiful and large! It was a very comfortable stay. They had so many nice amenities included. There was bubble bath soap for the Jacuzzi, slippers and bidet soap. The large windows were so nice for relaxing after a long night. We told them it was our honey moon and they gave us rose petals and candles in the room. There was also a cute dog and free water refills in the lounge. The staff was nice, stayed open late to meet us for our late arrival and called us a taxi when we left.
There is an elevator but it is quite small. Our Jacuzzi tub was a little dirty. Our TV has a light that wouldn't turn off

The location was excellent, the staff was excellent. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable.
If you’re looking for a cute, plush room with views, then this wouldn’t exactly be it, but for our needs and expectations it was great.

The location was great! Right in the middle of the Old Town. We liked the breakfast. We ate there most days. Very tasty and convenient. The staff was excellent. Helpful and pleasant. Very happy with our choice.

Wonderful
It was a fun, eclectic room. Everything was clean and very nice. There were nice, big windows and a comfy bed. There were coffee, tea, water and crackers available in the common area. It was within walking distance of the train station
The bathroom was just a bit odd - still useful, though. It was a bit of a walk to get to the centro storico. Communication could have been better - we had trouble getting into the flat when we first got there (but once we got in everything was good)

Fantastic location. Nice breakfast. Very helpful, kind and professional staff. Perfect for my stay with may family. I had an 8 and 11 year old and every attraction was walkable and a lot of restaurants and gelato near by. The staff was very easy to communicate.

The staff was very kind and we got lucky to have access to an early check in
The pictures show bedrooms but we got cots made up for us in the dining room. It felt like we got catfished but we were tired and grateful to have a place to go at the time. It's very dated but well cared for.

The location was ideal for everything we wanted to do in the short time we were in Florence. Instead of waiting for a cab at the Santa Maria train station we walked to the hotel and it was not too much of a walk even with our bags. The short walk to the Duomo, Uffizi, and restaurants were perfect. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and bed was so comfortable.

Easy access and location. Good front desk. Breakfast is simple.
We stayed for two nights. The shower drainage is not good, and dirty water backs up with loud noise when you use the sink, toilet, or shower. You can also hear flushing noise from the upper floor down. There was a bad smell coming from the sink. There are people walking around after midnight, and you can hear guests and cleaner talking and making noise from midnight through the morning. My rest is quite disruptive, waking up hearing cleaner singing and moving things around 2:30 a.m.

Very weird building and room - lots of noise and odd way to be welcomed to the property. Asked for our passports over WhatsApp and again when we arrived. Check-in was odd. Didn’t feel welcomed. Check out was too early.

Great location , couldn’t be better :) ! Friendly staff - The concierge stayed late after business hours to help me for check in! It was very nice and helped me because I was very tired after a long flight.

The location was perfect. Easy walking distance to major attractions and restaurants/shopping. The breakfast was a great value and had a large variety of options. We felt secure with staff on site. The room was clean, luxurious and the air conditioning worked great.
