Great host. Very clean property. Very friendly host. Good and clean bathrooms. Good connectivity with central Florence.
There were not much breakfast options as part of cooked meals. As it is a B&B and not a hotel, only boiled eggs were available as cooked meal. Nevertheless great place to stay at!

Felice was a wonderful host. Always up in the morning to greet you and make coffee. The room was cleaned everyday which was nice and having a balcony is Great. Pretty close to the metro station. Good continental Breakfast with lots of choices..

Host was super helpful and followed up on our arrival. Property is very clean and located in a the quiet area of Florence away from the tourist crowd and within 5 min walk to the train station.
Lift access is too small to fit in a luggage and two people.

The host is great! He made us feel like we were at home. The room had very good space, comfortable and clean. Breakfast is also very good! Very close to the train station and is only 1 stop from the city. Very easy access!
Since it is located in a more residential area if you get there late (around 8pm) youll need to get something to eat from a supermarket cause there are no restaurants open around. Parking can be a bit challenging if you are coming by car. The host suggested us to park at the train station (5min walk) and it worked well for us. It only costs 5 euros a day.
