The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The location was fantastic.
My first impression on entering the corridor was not the best but this was soon overshadowed by the service and the actual room. It's not five star but it was great for our purpose

Loved the whole place. Abut noisy during breakfast time. But up until 8:30 am it was amazing sleep wise. Staff friendly and very very helpful! Sawleed was a wonderful knowledgeable reception manager.

Very spacious room, clean and well maintained.
Room had large screen smart TV.
Great location- 3 min walk from Duomo. Close to major attractions.
Free breakfast is made to order at the facility and it was pretty good.
Reception peoples were very helpful and nice.
They also arranged a taxi for a very early departure.
It's could be noisy at night because of room facing busy street. Could be impossible to sleep with windows open, you have to rely on the air conditioner.
The wardrobe is kind of small for 2 person.

Clean and decently spacious room stay for one quick night. Maybe i missed something, but i dont think we were provided blankets on the bed, just a sheet. Otherwise, clean and comfortable stay. They helped me with my luggage and called a taxi for me on my departure. Nice guys.

Very close to main attraction (the Duomo), so it’s nice to hear the bells ringing during the day. Spacious quadruple room (C-10). Friendly and very helpful reception but they seem to be at the front desk only during check-out and check-in hours (not 24 hr).
You can hear the noise from the streets, especially when the shops downstairs open/close their metal doors. Also, hotel room key needs to be inserted in the slot for power to work in the room (good for conserving energy, bad when coming back to a warm room after walking around for so long).

The location was outstanding and reasonably priced for this location. The room was well appointed and well maintained with modern amenities that would meet or exceed the expectations of people traveling from North America.
It wasn't completely clear how the breakfast kitchen functioned. I assumed one would make one's own breakfast with the food supplied, but the space for food preparation is too small for more than one person at a time to prepare their meal, if it requires the use of a hot plate. But if one is satisfied with the make-it-yourself coffee, fruit, juice, and fresh pastries supplied daily, one will not go wanting.

This B&B had a great central location near the Duomo, was very walkable from the train station and to the rest of the city. Rooms were clean and comfortable and staff were extremely kind and helpful!
Our room was directly outside of the kitchenette area so it was pretty loud early in the morning as breakfast was being prepared but nothing some noise cancelling headphones couldn’t fix!

The location is literally 2-3 minutes by foot from the Basilica, thus in the heart of the old center. We had a car that we left at a very close by Parking Garage (by trespassing the ZTL signs - but the manager of the garage assured us that they communicate the license plate of the cars that get a legitimate parking to the local police such that they won't be fined).
The room and the bathroom are outstandingly decorated - high quality furniture and bathroom design.
The cleanliness impeccable!
Friendly staff.
All in all a good value for the location.
I gave a 9, instead of a 10 (maximum) because we found the location pretty difficult to notice after dark. We arrived after normal checkin hours ( but were given all the information needed for self checkin) - however, despite Google Maps indicating pretty accurately the position of Biffi, we passed it by multiple times, because we didn't notice the very discreet sign, and it was a gate like many others on that street.
Other than this, everything was perfect!

Fantastic location, private street entrance, clean room, friendly staff, and small, quiet street outside bedroom.
Spartan furnishings, small shower (which causes water to splash outside enclosure), breakfast starts late for guests who want to get out early, and bed and pillow not comfortable.
