Everything. Walking distance to cathedral duomo and other sightseeing places. Very happening and touristic place especially in the night. Safe. Property was spacious and beautiful with all amenities in the kitchen
The cubicle for taking bath inside bathroom was extremely small. We could hardly stand and move hands inside.

The location was fantastic. Very close to the Duomo and other sites on our list to see, right in the City center. The room was comfortable for 4 people. The staff was very friendly and while not expected, was able to accomodate an early check-in that was appreciated after overnight travel from the US. The room was clean and comfortable.
We couldn't reach anyone after hours. We did not have access to phone service since all we had while travelling was a data plan. We weren't sure how to check-out given that we were leaving early morning. We sent an email the prior evening, but didn't get a response. Admittedly, part of this is my fault for not asking sooner.

Very clean and spacious room. Air conditioning was cold, beds comfortable though a bit on the firm side. Breakfast was good and the staff was super nice. I would stay here again.

The staff was super friendly, the location was perfect, and the place was clean and comfy! And it was a plus to have a delicious breakfast served to us in our room!
The bathroom/shower could have been a bit bigger, but no big deal!

The location was an easy walk to city center and all the things you come to Florence to see. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.
The windows did a great job of blocking alot of the street noise, but there were alot of sirens roaring by late at night.

The location was very useful - close to everything! The staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were neat and clean. They bring whatever breakfast you request right to your room.
This is a small city hotel, so all the rooms are near each other and near the kitchen. So anyone talking in the hallway can be heard clearly from bed. Not great if you want to sleep in at all.

The place is in a good location just one or two blocks away from everything
We had an issue with the electronic key provided on check in. We went out that day and when we try to come back the key did not work. We had to wait for another guest to enter so we could get inside after at least one hour. There was no emergency contact or anyone to ask for assistance. My kid was freaking out. That was very unpleasant. However the place is clean and well located. It was sad that our experience was ruined by properties trying to make everything digital nowadays

This was our second stay at B&B De Biffi and I would stay again. The location is excellent, the staff very welcoming and efficient, the breakfast excellent and the beds very comfortable. The room was spacious and the bathroom large with good amenities. Thank you!!!

The location of the property was perfect. Walking distance to all major attractions.
While we were called and told our room was ready, two of the beds for our children were not made up with sheets, we only noticed at bed time and had to rummage through a cupboard to find sheets. We were only given 2 towels for 4 of us, again had to call and find extras on our own as staff was gone for the evening. After the first night we noticed one bed was broken, the slots holding up the mattress were laying under the bed, we had to fix/replace ourselves so our son could sleep there. While the staff was aware, there were no accommodations made. Breakfast is served in your room and not in a central dining room, which seemed odd, everyone had to be awake at the same time for breakfast to come in, no one could “go down” early.

Amazing location, just a couple of blocks from the Cathedral. The room was very comfortable. The staff were nice and always available to help. Breakfast was brought directly to the room, which was a great touch.
