This B and B was like a little piece of heaven. Patricia the owner was a wealth of information and her homemade pastries in the morning were amazing. The restaurant right in front of the place was excellent
Do not stay here if you cannot carry your bags up several flights of stairs

The location is perfect and close to everything. Our host was very thorough and gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do in the area.
The only thing to keep in mind is that there is no elevator. You’ll need to carry your luggage up to the second floor, which might be a challenge for some travelers.

The breakfast was amazing and very well thought out. Our room was spacious & very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at B&B Cimatori, and Patricia truly made the experience exceptional. From the moment we arrived, she was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Florence and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see.
Breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, and such a great way to start the day. Patricia also gave us fantastic recommendations for restaurants and things to do, all of which turned out to be spot on.
You can tell she really cares about her guests. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.

Owners are friendly and polite since the beginning give you some recommendations to place to go, always care about the cleanliness of your room, location is super nice having access to the main attraction nearby.
Heads up, NO elevator and you most to climb the stairs which are really hard even if you are carrying medium baggage, not recommended if you have some disabilities, breakfast is acceptable, and you most lower your expectations with the wifi connection

We loved how welcoming Patricia was, how clean the room was, and how at home we felt! It was in a great location and we loved the breakfast! Great AC unit to cool down the room and had water in our fridge every morning. We loved it!

Lovely B&B right down in the middle of everything you'd want to see in Florence. Patricia is an amazing host who spends a lot of time with the guests during breakfast to help them figure out the best places in Florence to visit. She's got the inside scoop for just about everything to the point where we realized "Patricia is always right!" She even pointed us to a gluten-free restaurant that was excellent and an art store that was top notch. Thank you Patricia for the great advice, we really enjoyed our stay!
As others have said, the steps are a bit of a slog when you're getting your suitcases up there, but not bad after that. My wife walks with a cane and was able to manage them just fine during our visit.
