Lovely B&B right down in the middle of everything you'd want to see in Florence. Patricia is an amazing host who spends a lot of time with the guests during breakfast to help them figure out the best places in Florence to visit. She's got the inside scoop for just about everything to the point where we realized "Patricia is always right!" She even pointed us to a gluten-free restaurant that was excellent and an art store that was top notch. Thank you Patricia for the great advice, we really enjoyed our stay!
As others have said, the steps are a bit of a slog when you're getting your suitcases up there, but not bad after that. My wife walks with a cane and was able to manage them just fine during our visit.

The owners were fantastic, friendly and helpful with anything and everything. Location is great, convenient to all the points of interest, and an easy walk to the central train station. Comfortable, pleasant accommodations with a lot of character, nicely decorated and cozy. Lovely breakfast and travel advice along with it.

Everything! Even the bed was so comfortable. Our hostess, Patricia, went above and beyond to assist us in every way. The breakfast buffet was perfect to start the day. The food was delicious with a variety of offerings. The room was quiet and well appointed. The location is steps away from great restaurants, shopping, Duomo, museums. We spent a week at B&B Cimatori and will miss Patricia very much! Highly recommend.
Only that we could not stay longer.

The host was wonderful, helpful, friendly, and full of knowledge about the area.
In retrospect, we should have rented a larger room.

Patricia was an excellent hostess. Her morning pastries were one of the highlights of our stay in florence. We were a short walk from everything we wanted to do and patricia gave us some great suggestions to supplement our stay.
Our room was very comfortable.

Patricia was absolutely amazing. This was our first time traveling out of the country and this being the first place we stopped was the best decision. She made us feel so welcome and gave us so many ideas of what to do with our few days we had in the city. I would definitely stay here again.

Far exceeded or expectations. So close to everything. Suggestions and history received from Patricia during morning breakfast were an amazing bonus.

Super location right in the heart of old Florence. Comfortable room, outstanding food, terrific hostess who really knocked herself out to get to know every guest and make knowledgeable suggestions. Very old building with interesting architecture; bustling piazza and restaurants right there.
Lots of stairs to climb with luggage — no lift. Also a bit loud both at night and early morning. Consider requesting a room that doesn’t face front.

Wonderful
Breakfast was wonderful. Patricia even made homemade croissants and pastries, great coffee. Patricia also gave us great info about what other museums and places to see. Location was great. 15 min walk from the train station, close to the cathedral, the Uffizzi, many great restaurants.
Just remember this is a 700 year old building so no lift. Do not bring a lot of luggage if you can’t carry it upstairs. This is not a not like item just a fact that you should know. It is listed in the questions and answers on booking.com just wanting to let folks know.

Wonderful
Patricia, was great. She was helpful with dining, sightseeing tips, and getting us taxi's. The breakfast was wonderful. She provided extra pillows for my husband who had broken ribs.
The down side was the amount of stairs you had to climb & carry your bags up to get to the B&B. I would have liked a larger room. The bath was very small.
