Mattia and the entire staff were incredibly friendly and kind, which made our stay truly exceptional.

Mattia was a great host. He gave us a lot of great recommendations
The AC was a bit loud and didn’t make enough cold in the room, but I must admit we got there in a very hot weather.
During the night, we’ve opened the windows and it was ok.

The place is so beautiful and has an excellent location, in the city centre, near all the best spots. The warm welcome and attention of the host Mattia and Noemi made us the trip. They welcomed us with a bottle of wine, after a long trip, it was just great. The breakfast was delicious, bread, cheese, yogurt, eggs, coffee, juice and a kind of olive paste that was delicious ?
It would be better if they had a security box in the room, that's the only thing.

This is a great B&B. In the heart of Florence, but on quite street. 3 minutes to Uffizzi, 5 to Duomo, 1 minute to Borgello, 15 minutes from Train Station.
The breakfast was just great, fresh and tasty. Very comfotable beds. And of cause Patricia - you are the best one. All your advises were just excellent.

Our hostess Patricia gave recommendations to make the most of our one day in Florence, and was ready to help with logistical issues. Breakfast included a delightful array of pastries and other items.
Be aware that there are two flights of stairs to reach the B&B. We 79-year-olds managed OK, but some folks might not.

THe Host Patricia, makes you feel our family. She is a treasure! She baked her own pastries for you to enjoy and the food is exceptional. The location is right in the middle of it all! Pro tip: Take her advice on what to see and where to eat!!! Without exception she was perfect with her advice!! We will be back for sure.

The location was wonderful ! Within close walking distance to everything in Florence . The owner Patricia was amazing with her helpful directions , restaurant suggestions and sites to see while we were there . The breakfast was delicious and plentiful . Rooms were decorated beautifully and very clean.

Patricia was amazing, one if the best hosts ever! Location was awesome. Weather was very warm but AC worked great. Excellent breakfast every morning.

This B and B was like a little piece of heaven. Patricia the owner was a wealth of information and her homemade pastries in the morning were amazing. The restaurant right in front of the place was excellent
Do not stay here if you cannot carry your bags up several flights of stairs

The location is perfect and close to everything. Our host was very thorough and gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do in the area.
The only thing to keep in mind is that there is no elevator. You’ll need to carry your luggage up to the second floor, which might be a challenge for some travelers.
