It has a new/fresh feel to it.
It has plenty of headroom (I'm 1.9m tall and I've stayed in other locations where I've been hitting my head, so this is a consideration for me.
The staff were very helpful and polite.
It felt extremely clean
Breakfast was excellent.
The keys were to newer types of lock.. felt very secure.
Dislikes:
No lifts
The bed had a footboard, and as I am tall, this was a niggle.

Clean, convenient, and cozy. The host is very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast is wonderful, we loved the fresh squeezed orange juice ?they also offered many different types of fruits such as honey melon, grapes, blueberries and kiwis. The room is very clean and the facilities are well-equipped.

Train to airport is only a 5-10 min walk.
Location is good but a little ways from the centre of Florence. Buses are close.

Very good breakfast. Giovanna is so accommodating.
B&B Bruna is located at 10 minute walk from the bus that goes to the train station.A little far when we are in a hurry to catch a train but otherwise it's safe to walk at night

Very nice staff, amazing breakfast, comfortable room. There is also a supermarket around the corner.
You can get to the city center in 25 minutes by tram. Tram stop is 10 minutes walk away.
Soundproofing is too bad. If someone is listening to music from their phone in the hall, everything will be heard in the room.
Checkout at 10am is somehow too early, usually not before 11 everywhere.

The room was very clean. Light breakfast is provided.
The noise from the street. I couldn't sleep because of the noise from the street and also from AC. It is located far from city center if you don't have a car. And there's no elevator, so not suitable for people with luggage or health conditions
