The staff was really helpful. The location is perfect for those flying from/to Firenze airport.
Although the mattress and the pillows were really good, I was given a single bed. Obviously, because I was traveling alone, but a single bed for an adult is not comfortable, sorry

I didn’t like that some amenities like a shower cap wasn’t available and sometimes I would have to ask the cleaners to leave an extra roll of toilet paper.

The staff were great. We were there for a night and had to leave very early. They offered to pack breakfast for us, seeing that we wouldn't be able to stay for breakfast. The reception was 100%
