Poor
The only thing that i liked was the size of the rooms and even that was half perfect. The first room we recived was big enough to fit there three people , the second room was too small
The bed in the room had bed bugs that stung my mom and made her itch all the trip. The team did not let us recive the 2 rooms we ordered and gave us just 1 key for 1 room,they wanted to fit 4 people at one room even thought we orderd 2 rooms. There was renovation that was really bothring everyone and made headache. Also we were supposed to be 5 people ,we ordered 2 rooms, then we were 4 people that countined the trip.The hotel did not returned us the money, even for the breakfast of the person who did not come (at the other hotel we stayed at they refunded us everything)

Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a Deluxe room with a private balcony overlooking the city. The room was spacious, and the balcony was generously sized—we made the most of it, relaxing there during the day and in the evenings to enjoy the weather. I also appreciated that the room was serviced daily, with fresh towels provided each time. The hotel’s location was excellent, within easy walking distance of the Duomo and other main attractions.
The hotel was slightly dated, which added to its overall charm.

THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. VERY GOOD LOCATION FOR THE MAIN TRAIN STATION AND ONLY 5 TO 10 MINS WALK FROM THE CENTRE OF FLORENCE

Very Good
Excellent location, beautiful lobby, lovely buffet breakfast and friendly staff.
A bit expensive, and a bit of noise from other rooms. But mostly I was very comfortable and it was quiet most of the time. It is a nice hotel and I’d be happy to come back again.

Breakfast was good location ok
I understand it’s old building
But they could use more comfortable mattresses they have cheap ones inside wasn’t that clean dust under the bed and bathroom had mold in shower the bathroom door barely closes you have to lift it up in order to close it their curtains are old and dirty
They can do better upgrade I would not stay there even if they offer me money

The bathroom was very dimly lit, with barely enough light to see properly. The ceiling shook and crumbled whenever people walked on the floor above. Upon entering the room, the first thing that caught my eye was the top of the wardrobe, covered in what looked like a year’s worth of dust. This does not resemble a four-star hotel.
