Perfect location , staff very lovely and helpful
Unfortunately there were major renovations happening in the hotel , therefore quite noisy and couldn’t open the windows . We were aware of this before booking though , maybe just didn’t realise the extent of the renovations. Aside from this we had a great stay

Good location close to attractions. The hotel seems to have been nice at some point though very dated and falling apart in points. The elevator made a chainsaw like noise whenever in use. This could be heard in every room. There were also works happening which were quite noisey from even 7:30 am onwards.
Staff were very nice and helpful.

I recomend going to Atlantic Palace, breakfast is very complete and ambience is nice.
The view in our specific room wasn’t the best but it doesn’t matter that much

hotel was under exterior renovation. Scaffolding and screens over entire building. Can't open windows. This has been going on for months and I feel this should be disclosed on booking website

Excellent location. Clean and comfortable- loved the bed!
Very good reception - Massimo really stood out as helpful and accommodating
Lift did not work and air-con had given up the ghost. Building covered in scaffolding. Room was lovely but no mirror in the bedroom area. Charged 12euro for 2 tiny bottles of tonic water.

Brilliant hotel… lovely staff and breakfast was amazing… well worth the €15 per person… Lovely decor and room spot on…
When we arrived there was substantial work being undertaken…. The main frontage of the hotel was covered in scaffolding…. Not brilliant really… I wish we’d have been informed about this and given a different hotel option….

The second night when we got the room we booked.
The first night when we were given a dowdy old room with frosted glass and no balcony as booked. We opted for a small room with a window which was old fashioned and worn. There was no apology offered. No refund given, only a free breakfast on one day. The staff on reception were frosty. There had been an email telling us that the facade of the hotel was being renovated, but no indication that this would affect room changes.
