Location was superb few minutes walk to Duomo.
We booked a room coz of lift so that we do not have to carry our luggage up stairs and they alloyed us room with multiple stairs to climb and walk down .

The location was good convenient walking distance to train station lots of side street coffee bars and restaurants, very nice selection of cakes and sweets, went to see all the statues, the statue of David. The hotel was very good they offered a nice breakfast selection. Lot of places to see.

The location is really good — right in the center and close to everything. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and classic, with a nice vibe for couples. It was our honeymoon trip, and we enjoyed Florence a lot — it’s a beautiful, romantic city!
Unfortunately, we had a small issue on our last night. When we came back, our room key didn’t work, and I found out that management had disabled access without informing us. They said it was because of a few ketchup stains on a chair cover and asked me to pay €175 immediately before letting me back in the room.
I didn’t want to ruin our honeymoon, so I paid. Later, I cleaned the stains myself with soap and water in less than 30 seconds — it came off completely. The next day they agreed to refund €155 (keeping €20 for laundry), but the whole situation felt unnecessary and handled quite rudely.
It’s not about the money — it’s about how it was done. A simple conversation would have been enough.

My granddaughter and I had a lovely time here, we were upgraded which was a lovely surprise. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was very good, lots of choice.

The hotel is centrally located but in a very crowded area. The staff specially SIMONE was most helpful and friendly!
The hotel is undergoing renovation with no driveway. It is located along the main street. The bedroom corridors have up and down stairs difficult when carrying luggages.

Courteous staff in the Restaurant. The reception staff were also good but could be a bit more proactive / responsive with the customer. However, my personal interactions were without any problems but got a see a few scenes which raised my brows.
The most noisy elevator I have seen in my life. The Bathroom door needs fixing. The Electrical Main Circuit Breaker trips frequently. The building is under some kind of renovation/upgradation. So hopefully if I visit again I may not have these experiences.

Location of the hotel was great.
Very old hotel and facilities. Life was so noisy and there was construction you can not sleep at day time.

There was a weird smell coming from the bathroom from the second day onward. Like dirty water or something. Sound could be pretty loud from the street, making it hard to sleep.

The hotel is located in the city center and the visitor has easy and quick access to many points of interest from there. Also, near it there are plenty of mini-markets and the access to transportation is easy. The staff tried to be helpful and the room was clean and spacious.
During our stay, the hotel's facade was covered due to renovation procedures. Also, the elevator was out-of-order throughout the whole duration of our stay there. They were kind enough to provide for us a room on the first floor so as to compensate for the relevant inconvenience. It was a nice move on their behalf but I feel like I want to mention that while in our initial reservation we opted for a double bed, the room had two single beds under a single mattress. And while this might not seem worth mentioning, it can be problematic. Other than that the only problem we faced was with the parking company that the hotel partners with. The price of the parking was good but there were some limitations about the valet service that they weren't communicated to us and we found ourselves in a weird position on the last day of our stay. Yet, with the help of the hotel's staff we reached a compromise.
