Staff was super helpful. I forgot my passport at a previous hotel in Sorrento and they worked to facilitate it being shipped to me. They were super helpful. Free mini bar, and just a short walk to majority of the main sites. The staff even checked to ensure my passport arrived.

Staff at the front desk were professional. Best customer service ever in Italy. Location is perfect. I was impressed by the quality of the services in general. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable.

Very modern and the staff is excellent truly wanting to please. Loved that they have their own restaraunt and the spa was incredible. You must fit that in! The front desk more than happy to order our taxis. Very pretty, everything New. Loved having the bar/lounge and the complimentary prosecco was a nice touch. I also loved how they refilled the in room refrigerator without charge every day.
Some of the light switches were tricky to figure out. The hairdryer kept shorting out but they were helpful and provided a new one. The room was a bit tight for 2 people but we made it work. The beds were on the firm side and when the hotel made them they were tucked quite tight.

Fantastic stay! The reception staff is outstanding, with special thanks to Elisa and Delia – super friendly, helpful and professional.
Breakfast is great : variety, fresh pastries, excellent coffee and made-to-order eggs.
The gym is surprisingly well-equipped and spacious.
Perfect location: right next to the T1 tram stop – just 8-10 minutes to the Duomo and historic center, yet quiet at night.
Modern, clean rooms and great value for money. Highly recommended! Will definitely return. Thank you Elisa, Delia and the whole team!

The spa offering is very nice and unique. Staff went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay not only at the hotel but also for sightseeing, meals etc.
The only confusion we had was the reservation for restaurant was a bit difficult to book on our own without a local phone. However the hotel staff went out of their way to help us book the reservation. There is a gym marketed however it is paid (not complimentary) which is not fully clear until arriving. Would be a nice Perk if available in future.

Great breakfast with fresh produce and plenty of choices. Very convenient location with only a 15-minute walk to the center. Room cleaning every day with mini-bar restocking for free.
The only thing that was different from the other four start hotels was that access to the fitness center required an additional daily fee. Other than that, we were extremely satisfied.
