The location was perfect. The beds were very comfortable. The front desk agents were the very best. They were very friendly and helpful

Very friendly staff and wonderful service. The best service ever! Rooms are clean and beautiful! Excellent Location in the city. Next to the train station. They offer to hold your luggage in a secure room if you arrive early or you checkout but will still be in Florence for most of the day.
Everything here went great. No complaints!

Location, Room, Breakfast & Hospitality everything amazing, highly recommended for family, close to the train station, we dont need to hire a cab to go anywhere. Staff is really amazing!

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The location is perfect, making it easy to reach every part of the city. The breakfast was delicious and offered plenty of variety. The room was very comfortable and clean, ideal for relaxing after a long day. I would definitely choose this hotel again without hesitation.

The location is fantastic. Very convenient to the train station and all the sites in Florence. We were able to walk everywhere. The hotel was very clean and all the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great too! We were able to store our luggage after we checked out and picked it up later in the day, which was very helpful.
Since it is downtown, there are lots of keys and codes to keep things secure. It wasn’t a big deal just different than we are used to.

It was very close to the train station, which is what we needed. The street was a little bit rundown but the hotel it’s itself was nice. We also enjoyed that we got to go to their sister property nearby, they had a Rooftop terrorist which we did not really utilize as it was cold but my mom and sister stayed there in the spring and they loved it.
It was a little bit inconvenient that if we wanted to use a microwave, we would’ve had to walk down the street to that hotel to use theirs as the Astrid does not have one in their lobby. The elevator was a little bit scary as it is very old and it was inconvenient that if someone on a different floor did not shut the door completely we would have to walk up the stairs and they were quite a lot of them. It was also a little bit offputting that the staffpointed out that we didn’t utilize their breakfast each morning. I kind of felt like it was not their business to be saying that.

We had a wonderful stay at Astrid Hotel and can’t say enough good things about it. The front desk staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived with their warm and professional service. Every detail throughout our stay was handled with care, from the spotless room that was cleaned daily to the attentive staff in the cafeteria who were always friendly and helpful.
The hotel’s location is ideal for exploring the city and makes getting to excursions incredibly easy. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which was of five-star quality, with a great variety and everything fresh and delicious each morning.
What stood out the most was how genuinely the staff cared about our comfort. They constantly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to find a hotel that combines such a great location, excellent service, and that personal touch. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

The hotel room was clean, and the beds were fresh and very comfortable. I would strongly recommend this place.
The hotel stay was pleasant overall, except that the toilet and shower area was very small and uncomfortable to enter and exit
