Very friendly staff and wonderful service. The best service ever! Rooms are clean and beautiful! Excellent Location in the city. Next to the train station. They offer to hold your luggage in a secure room if you arrive early or you checkout but will still be in Florence for most of the day.

Great Staff and service, really well decorated and kept at a convenient location close to train station and very short distance from the city center and the main sights of the very beautiful Florence. Very good breakfast with no shortage of options that were kept well stocked and fresh.
Wifi was very poor and no smart TV in rooms.

Location, Room, Breakfast & Hospitality everything amazing, highly recommended for family, close to the train station, we dont need to hire a cab to go anywhere. Staff is really amazing!
