The hotel sits on a hillside just outside Florence, with a beautiful garden where we enjoyed a lovely morning walk with our baby, and the breakfast was exceptional.
As we were traveling with a baby, the shower area felt a bit slippery and not entirely safe for little ones.

They rightfully brag about their garden; it’s impressive, even in November. This is a quality hotel that has sitting rooms, a garden to sit in, a bar and restaurant so don’t stay in your room. The room was comfortable but without all those extra chairs (was one) some have because it is a place to sleep. Staff was friendly and helpful and the shuttle dropped you in one of two very convenient places. Location is about 1 mile, maybe a bit more, from town so if you’re walking, keep that in mind but lots of cars in the car park. The view looks over the hills and part of the city and is pleasant. The restaurant serves a good a la carte menu. It truly does have a charm.
I ran out of hot water in the shower. And because it must come from a separate tank, the water stopped. Very perplexing for a 4 star hotel. It seemed to fill a bit quick o I as able to finish, but it was surprising. This is the only issue I had.

Beautiful villa in superb location, seven hectares of gardens and olive groves with wonderful views. Very helpful and friendly staff, free parking and shuttle service into the centre of Florence.
Excellent breakfast included and good restaurant.

Spending quiet moments in the Tuscany countryside & eating hearty Italian food. Walking in the beautiful gardens & smelling the aromas of all the flowers, the smell of rain coming soon & the lovely noise of the birds. It brought back memories of my childhood. Brava Villa Agape!
The Shuttle bus should have a route to the city centre. I was dropped off always at the Statue on the mountain and told to take a taxi to the city. As a solo traveller I felt unsafe being dropped off there, alot of pick pockets, etc.

Beautiful building and gardens. Lovely staff, mainly. Breakfast very good indeed.
Barman would benefit from a cocktail course. Dinner in the restaurant was very disappointing- took forever though we were almost the only people. And the quality was poor. The staff member was, however, excellent.
